I was so nervous about going in for a colonoscopy. He made me feel so comfortable instantly and the anesthesiologist was just as nice. Right before I went to sleep I remember the girl that worked for him kept smiling so it made it that much easier.

He never spoke with me or met with me before my procedures, was only seen by his PA.

I have been a patient of Dr. Finlaw's for 4 and a half years. He is a wonderful Dr. I find him to be professional, polite, knowledgeable, caring, and genuinely concerned about my health issues. He is very easy to talk to about problems that are personal and embarrassing for most of us to talk about.Since I started seeing Dr. Finlaw I have had a much better quality of life. Gastrointestinal issues are almost debilitating at times. A person can't make plans, work, attend activities, or even attend church if a misbehaving stomach is making all the decisions. Dr. Finlaw can help. He helped me. If you want a good doctor then schedule an appointment with Dr Finlaw, if recommended then have a colonoscopy or Endoscopy.The findings could result in having the right meds prescribed to improve your life or decisions made that could save your life. I find Dr Finlaws staff to be very kind and helpful. I am sure if anyone ever has a problem that the office manager there would be more than happy to help solve the problem for you. Dr. Finlaw is a great Doctor. I know that he does have a facility at his office in Panama City where he can do Colonoscopies and Endoscopies. He also uses Jackson hospitals facilities if that is more convenient. Chances are if you're reading this then you're looking for an excellent doctor. Dr Finlaw is the doctor you're looking for.

Today was the appointment after the colonoscopy and endoscopy, Dr Finlaw was very polite friendly, attentive, caring, thorough, informative as he is every time! If you are looking for a fantastic gut doctor, choose Dr Finlaw! So glad I did years ago! I've been seeing him now for almost 20 years!

So I called today at 9 to make sure you would be open -you said absolutely! We fight the weather to get there because this appointment was super important only to find out you closed for bad weather! That’s fine I respect that, what I don’t understand is why you couldn’t call your customers to let them know????

This rating is no way attached to Dr Finlaw, but to some of the staff that is in the outpatient/procedures staff. After my procedure i woke up with an allergic reaction to something. No one payed attention to it, i did not even see a nurse after procedure. I felt like cattles. Like hurry up and get her out so we can fill the bed. When i called back the next day tontell them i felt terrible the lady who answered the phone was so rude and just transferred me to another extension . To someone who just transfered me back. Most unprofessional staff members. No care for what your going thru.

Was recommended waited 2 hours for the procedure. Had been having major problems and just wanted physical relief. Ask him about procedure, was so flippant to point of being rude. Still no answers. What happened to professionalism no confidence in this dtr
