I had a serious concern & errored in my appointment time by an hour. Dr Swendris still worked me into his schedule, staying late for me. He was thorough and patient with me, explained my issues, and made a referral for further testing to my Doctor.

Was very professional and addressed all my concerns as I was leaving the next morning for Florida and made the appointment 530 the night before very glad I was able to get the appointment and relieved to find out just a blood vessel broke and not serious.

Dr. Swendris performed cataract surgery and glaucoma surgery (Trabeculectomy) on me 11/25/2019... I am so blessed to be under his care... His personality, communication and surgical skills are unsurpassed

I love Dr. Swendris. The fist time I had a Dr. really listen to me . He is very intelligent and kind. I felt comfortable and appreciated the conscientious help he gave me. Very attentive and knowledgeable ,answered my questions. I felt he really cared about my eyes . God answered my prayers ,where to get help for my eyes . God bless him. Thank you Dr. Swendris. Dr Swendris is very professional, an excellent listener and takes the time to hear and understand the concerns of his patient. He listened to and answered my questions and understood my concerns. Whatever the issue, he is determined to resolve it with the best solution available. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Swendris is an extremely professional ophthalmologist who treats his patients with care. He is thorough in his checkups and explains clearly any eye ailments and directions that need to followed. I found him to be courteous as well, a very good chair side manner!

it was my first visit with this Doctor and I believe he has a good knowledge of his field - but I was surprised that he had not gotten my medical records from Shoreline Vision and I felt he did not do a good job of listening to some of my viewpoints - but was very clear in telling me his viewpoints - which in the long run might be the right answer - but initially was off-putting. I will continue to proceed with my glaucoma treatment with him - but my first impression was less than spectacular.
