Wow! Called them because they somehow became my Tricare prime provider. Needed a referral, desperately, to continue my monthly critical eye treatments and got told "Can't/won't" see you until a regular appointment in October. Great medical care! Get way to treat a 22 year vet, and oh, they basically told me I should go somewhere else because they were so busy.Again, thanks for nothing, I am definitely going somewhere where they will care more about giving care then scheduling.

Dr. Bernier is very rude, unprofessional, loud mouth and tries to talk over you. She has no care nor concern about her patients. She does not listen and try to find every excuse not to help you oppose to helping you. One star is too much to give her. It's a shame.

My 87 year old mother has seen Dr. Rosa's sister for years. I called the clinic to get her in ASAP because she'd been very sick. The nurse ASSURED me my mom wouldn't have to see Dr. Rosa, but when she got there that's exactly who treated her. My mom isn't an emotional person but she left almost in tears. Dr. Rosa was rude and even raised her voice to my mother. To top it off, the nurse basically lied to me when I made the appointment. I would not recommend her to anyone!

I walked in as a NEW PATIENT and walked out after experiencing the most unprofessional service.As I entered, a disgruntle patient was @ the front reception area clearly upset.The receptionist acted as if my questions were a little too much.I was taken to the back by a VERY RUDE & disrespectful assistant who's tone & defensive attitude was unacceptable. I requested to discuss this with the Dr Rosa Bernier, SAME ATTITUDE! Don't waste your time.Select a Dr & staff that are courteous & professional!
