Everyone there was awesome. They were kind enough to squeeze me in at the last minute on the same day that I called and I didn't wait long at all even for the doctor! Very pleased and if I ever have any more problems I will for sure go back there. Definitely recommend!

So thankful to have had Dr Geringer be the surgeon to perform my extensive shoulder surgery last August 2020. It’s been a long slow road, lots of PT, but worth it to have the results I have today. Still working on some strengthening, but I’ll get there! Heartfelt thanks to Dr Geringer, his nurses, staff and Tiffany in PT for your wonderful care and patience. 🙌💪🤗

Came to see Dr. Watson for my plantar fasciitis after already having been to 2 other places that didn't help at all. today is the first semi-pain free day I have had in over a year. Absolutely thrilled!

No concern for their patients once you stop going! We set up payment plans for what the insurance company did not cover, made on time payments, yet we get a call today that we have been turned over to collections?!? I'm sorry we are in the middle of a pandemic and without work and did not pay the full amount up front!!!! That's why we set up payments! We called the office, asked WHY we were turned over to collections when we made a payment on April 1st, was told it was a mistake? You think? You turn someone over to collections and attack there credit, then call it an accident?! Whoopsie doesn't cover it!

Love love love Dr. John Waldrop, he is an amazing doctor!! Everyone is so friendly and helpful from the front desk to the inside office, they are all so kind and really know their job. I would give them all 100 stars cause 5 just isn't enough!!

my therapist Tiffany was so professional and courteous in every way she was nice,patiently and timely I give her 5👍👍👍👍👍 thumbs up. the atmosphere was nice the staff were friendly the overall customer service was great.

I’ve waited for 2 months to see the dr here and they took my copay. I felt as if they were in a hurry to get rid of me and didn’t listen to anything I had to say. Definitely a waste of time, effort, and I gave them money. Very disgusted!!
