Dr. Rachesky was my daughter's pediatrician and I couldn't be happier. My daughter lives in Largo and wishes that Dr. Rachesky practiced down there because she is now a mommy and would love for her to see Dr. Rachesky. My daughter was diagnosed with cancer at the age of 4 and we thank Dr. Rachesky for everything during that time. She had Lizzy transferred to Shands where she received wonderful care.

Dr. Ingrid Rachesky was my pediatrician when I was a child. As far as I can remember up to 12 years old. My mother had taken me in to have a strange rash almost bite like marks all over my body. I was prescribed a cream with a large amount of permethrin in it. Her diagnosis was scabies. This cream left me scared from head to toe. I wore jeans and long sleeve shirts for years to cover my body. As a young girl. I was very subconscious and had low self esteem. Well fast forward. 2012, it came back. The same exact thing. I live on Missouri now and seen a dermatologist here. Told them I needed to get treated for scabies. The nurses kept asking me why. I told them I had it before. My pediatrician just gave me some cream for it. They asked if she biopsied it. And of course she didn’t . Well they did and it came back as Guttate Psoriasis and Plaque psoriasis. Hmmmm well it would have been nice to know quite some years earlier that I have an autoimmune disease. Well they cleared up pretty quickly with a strong topical steroid. NO SCARS WERE LEFT! Anyways...... since a couple years ago the battle has been fierce. I’ve been fighting this autoimmune disease actually diseases now. As I have psoriatic arthritis as well as inflammatory bowl disease. Inflammation around organs. Have had to take chemo drugs and multiple biologicals. Now no flaws are to blame on the pediatrician that supposedly “diagnosed” me. But the scars and my lack of knowledge and understanding of the possibilities that could arise on my journey in life are. But I’ve adapted and overcome. Hopefully Dr Ingrid Rachesky is more competent and reliable in her diagnosis. There is a huge difference between a mite called scabies and psoriasis that comes in many forms.

We love Dr. Rachesky and Dr. Forrester!!! They are both attentive, caring and thorough!!! They listen to us and our concerns and their first priority is the patient! We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a wonderful pediatrician.

My daughter sees Dr. Rachesky. She has had some serious medical issues and Dr. Rachesky is so thorough in her examinations. She listens to my concerns and talks to my daughter to make sure she understands what’s going on and how she feels:). I will never go anywhere else

Dr. Rachesky and Dr. Forrester are both incredibly caring and concerned doctors who will listen to my thoughts, and treat me as if I have a brain and know my children. They are brilliant and wonderful and I cannot imagine my six children and now 2 grandchildren in the care of anyone else.
