She Cancelled care at 35 weeks due to $4400 not being paid even though their office said to cancel and reschedule until secondary went through. High risk pregnancy patient.

Extremely pleased with how things are run at Emerald Coast OBGyn. From the waiting areas to the actual medical care provided and all that is in between (such as: staff, timeliness of meeting appointment, paying for service...). For any procedure, you see the doctor. You just don't get that everywhere you go. I have only been to Dr. Pennington, so please check this last as I don't know how other Doctors in the practice operate. I have found that many GP's recommend this practice highly. Although I do not get my mammograms done here, apparently that is available also. I have been using Sacred Heart in Miramar beach for years and may switch over to Coastal eventually.

Dr. Pennington has a gentle demeanor and personality about her and she always makes an uncomfortable experience seem easier. Her smile is so calming and she genuinely is concerned about your comfort and assurance that everything is ok. She listens to you when talk to her without making you feel like you're wasting her time.
