I'm at Ascention Bay Medical Center.Hospital..(new).. not to be confused with Bay medical center doctor. The directions take you a little too far.to the Medical Office building..2 floor Building so you have went too far..go back to the Tall..5 floor new Building.. please update because the names are so close but one is a hospital and one is a business or doctor's office

This is literally the worst hospital I’ve ever been too. Terrible nurses who care about drama more than patients. You NEVER see a doctor. It’s dirty as hell. I would never recommend this hospital. NEVER.

Worst hospital I’ve ever dealt with.

The worst. The nurses and entire staff on the ER floor are just rude. I get that your over worked but people are there for a reason to get help and I've never went to place where eveyone was put out if  you asked them for anything. I should have drove to Destin and went to Sacred Heart where they actually care. I've just never experienced health care workers so rude. Pretty sad !

I want to thank the Doctors, Nurses, the inflight medical team & anyone else who was involved in saving my 14 year son. Spending his birthday in the Pediatric ICU is not where any of us expected to be this Halloween. My heart dropped when I was told he was on life support while I was making the 3+ hour drive from Apalachicola to Pensacola. By the time I arrived, he was awake(no tubes!) & acting like his normal silly self! I will never be able to express the extent of my gratitude. I still have my baby boy thanks to all of you! Thank you all from the bottom of my heart ♥️

Worst hospital I’ve ever had to use. Daughter has been here 4 days and the doctor has yet to come in and see her. They tell us she has an infection and have done absolutely nothing but give her pain meds. I trying to have her transferred to Gulf but I am definitely consulting an attorney.

My family received top notch service from the nurses in the ICU. They were so caring in every way. My mother was in their care with a terrible outlook and they allowed us to be with her right until the end. Thank you all for your service during my family’s difficult time.

Wouldn't let me see my mother before she died. It's beyond disappointing to know that so many healthcare administrators/workers are just sheep minded drones. Honestly will never forgive the people responsible for repressing effective Covid treatments for the sake of mandates handed down from corrupt big med and pharma and further the ridiculous isolation of dying people from their family and loved ones. Better off treating yourself at home.

On 1 July 2021 my wife had an episode where she vomited up a large volume of blood. She arrived at Bay Medical Center around midnight. The ER physician, Dr. James, ordered an x-ray and CT and diagnosed her as having pneumonia and wrote prescriptions for two antibiotics. On 7 July 2021 she had a repeat episode and bled to death before help could arrive. The medical examiners office refused to perform an autopsy.

This has to be the worst Emergency Room I have ever been to in my 65 years of my life. We went on 9-06-21 at approximately 2:30pm to 3:30pm.   We were evacuees from Louisiana and had forgotten 2 of our life saving medications. We were treated very rudely, stuck in a room for over an hour and a half and the Doctor didn't even come talk to us. Instead they sent in this rude nurse with blonde hair and very rudely told us that there was nothing they could do and asked us to leave.   I will be contacting my attorney and FEMA, Red-cross and other agencies.    The entire staff on 09-06-21 should be reprimanded or terminated.WARNING: DO NOT GO HERE.
