Vicki Alberts's Online Review Report Card

I met Dr Alberts in an unfortunate event that wound me up in Bay County Jail with no bond for 2 months before my charges were finally dismissed and I was released. She has been the psyche doctor the for 20yrs and had it not been for her I wouldn't have been able to cope with the trauma of having been unlawfully charged and held without bond bcuz the medical dept there refused my medical file being dropped off and refused to give me ANY of my prescription medicine which prices I suffer severe injuries to my back spine and neck from a hit and run by a Greyhound bus. DrAlberts immediately ordered my gabapentin trazadone and ibuprofen to be given to me per my normal daily presence amounts and let me get all the anger and rage off my chest without once interrupting me or making me feel I was being dramatic. She was awesome and it took all I had not to wrap my arms around her and hug her neck as I left my visit with her. She gave me her office number and told me to contact her once I got out and she would see me in her office as a patient and even told me I wouldn't have to pay a new patient fee since I already seen her once in the jail. She also told me it would be difficult teaching her Secretary to set my first appointment but not to give up bcuz eventually she'd answer the phone. It took7 months to make contact with her Secretary who has now told me she wouldn't set me an appointment until she spoke with the doctor to see if she remembered me and only then would she set my appointment. THAT really upset me bcuz it's her fault it took me 7 months to make contact bcuz she never responded to a single voicemail I left and not even a note I left taped to the office door one day that I went there in person trying to get my appointment. It has been almost 2 months since I made contact with the secretary who still has not called me back. I fear this woman didn't even try to get my appointment set bcuz she have me the direct impression she did not want to or intended to. I pray DrAlberts sees this review personally and by the grace of God,I get to start having monthly visits with her. She is worth every bit of the trouble I'm going thru trying to get there.

Ive heard only good things about her practice.

had been seeing dr alberts for many years in the last 2 or so years she has gone very down hill. I have to beg for medication refills. prior ro dec 2022 she promised me script for ESA As of now (Aug 2023) I have not received this.

Had a referral sent over late May. Never received a call back from office. Called several times and left several voicemails. Called my PCP to make sure the referral went through to Dr. Albert's office. Sent the referral a second time to be sure. After many more calls left unanswered i left a frustrated voice mail for Dr. Albert's office and miraculously get a call back finally. Was told by receptionist that they never received my many calls or voicemails. Then to be told they wont have new patient appointments until Novmeber. I wonder if they called me the first time the referral went through i would be able to get a reasonable appointment time frame. I think I dodge a bullet with this office.

Dr Albert’s is absolutely the best caring compassionate dr that I have been to . She listens to you , where my past Drs rush you out within 5 minutes and just want to write prescriptions. I would highly recommend her .

Dr. Alberts is without a doubt one of the best, if not the best. She is very caring about her patients and makes you feel comfortable in discussing anything. She goes above and beyond the scope of being a doctor, she shows heart. I'm so thankful to be her patient. Deb, her office manager, is a kind and caring person as well and together they make a great team. ~Patty M.

Love her. She's the best in town. Both her and Deb are sweethearts and like everyone else said: nonjudemental.

I really am grateful for the help Dr. Alberts provided me. My treatment has definitely increased my quality of life, and I am loath to think of her retiring.

I have been to 8 different mental health Dr.s..By far..Dr. Vicki is Incredible! She doesn't care about your money..she's the only Dr. That has ever listened..& gave great advice back!! She also genuinely makes you feel that you are still a wonderful person..no matter what?! I love her Soo much!! She's one of my favorite people in this world! Keep making miracles happen Dr. Vicki!! You are appreciated, adored, admired, and loved by so many.. Including me! Thank You..For Saving my life!! I wish nothing but The BEST FOR YOU..ALWAYS & FOREVER! Debbie is Spectacular!
