DR Bone is a fantastic doctor, but Elizabeth with your calling service, I called to let her know that I think I missed an appointment and I’m out of medication. She told me that it’s not a priority and she will not take a message for Dr. bone. It’s not her job to take calls about medication

ive been seeing the doc for almost 7 months now.his staff is alway great.Dr.bone is great by his self.he so interested to getting you to know you,and helping you to get better,ive only meet one other doc in my life and that was Dr Daniel Anderson out of minn minnesota.thanks Dr.Bone and his staff on making me fill comfortable,unlike many others that dont wanna help.....again thanks annd god bless the crew......

He is the worst doctor i went to him for 10 months and was never healed. My first visit he snapped his fingers and said I'd be healed in 2 to 3 weeks . 10 months later I was really hurting and my husband called and was told he couldn't get in touch with I'd been told several times that they would leave a note on my file to call me. Nope he never returned my call. But when my husband was called the call was returned right away. He told my husband to take me to the er and have them figure it out. I always wrote questions in a notebook and I read the question to him. He immediately said there was nothing wrong with me and he said he couldn't help me anymore. I got a copy of what I thought was my file. They were all lies. Watch out mr. Bone. Insurance fraud doesn't look nice. Your a HORRIBLE DOCTOR AND MAN! I wouldn't take my dog to oh yeah you do have dog. In your office. At least I k now my eternity will.

Dr.Bone is an excellent dr. He's also very down to earth and kind. He has had some issues with his office help, unfortunately, and also problems from hurricane Michael. I think all that's been resolved.

My father has seen him multiple times. Last time Dr Bone didnt even look at my fathers's leg! Just passed him off wth a "nothing more I can do" Leaving my father with no solution for continued swelling and pain!

I got referred to Dr. Bone and never was able to schedule an appointment. I personally took the referral by their office a week after I was referred because they had problems receiving it by fax from the referring office. Four (4) weeks later I had not heard from their office so I called. I asked the receptionist why I had not been called to schedule and she put me on hold, then Cathy picked up and told me they were in clinic and said she would call me after lunch. I never heard back from her so I called the next morning and spoke with this Cathy only for her to tell me I didn’t need to be seen by Dr. Bone. Ok that was fine, I didn’t quit understand why I was referred by one Doctor but then I was told something else by this Cathy. Then she proceeds to tell me Dr. Bone’s time is very precious because he gets tons and tons of referrals daily and only sees patients Monday-Thursday from 8:30-11:30. Well I feel like my health/ breathing is very precious too, that’s not a professional thing to say to someone. I have had persistent coughing and severe shortness of breath since October and none of these Doctors in this area can figure out what’s going on so this doesn’t sit well with me. If this office wasn’t going to see me they could’ve at least called me and let me know, instead of me having to call them. Also, I paid for my records from other Doctors I had seen in regards to the breathing problem and I took them to the office for Dr. Bone to look over. After Cathy told me I didn’t need to see Dr. Bone, I told her I would be picking up my records to have them at the front desk and she said ok. I got to the office to get my records and Cathy told me she shredded them. I was very upset that I paid $1.00 per page only for them to be shredded. I had heard great things about Dr. Bone but I have a very different opinion on him and his office staff now. Very unprofessional!

Terrible, my nephew having 2 referrals would not see him. He has black fly worms for almost 2 years because he can't get help. He needs to see someone that knows about parasites! If I could give 0 stars I would.

I saw Dr. Bone years ago. I'm seeing him again and he's just as great as way back. He's a super doctor. #1

Dr bone is an amazing doctor I knew it immediately from my first visit the ladies that work front desk are very polite and informative and I would recommend Dr bone to anyone who has got anything going on with them that needs his specifics of his expertise
