William Woolery's Online Review Report Card

I cannot recommend anyone going to Dr. Woolery. He spends more time talking than examining, perhaps to bill a higher visit charge? Additionally, he abandoned one of his patients creating adverse hardship on their family members who were also his patients. Avoid this physician.

This doctor is by far one of the best doctor's that I have ever had. He is through and truly cares about his patient's well being. The staff is excellent as well.

He treated me in GA. Never once did he listen to my breathing, or even come near me to examine me. I didn't really mind except that my next doctor did, and found a new diagnosis.

Just an FYI, if you're going to discredit the name and reputation of the greatest doctor the world has ever seen, I suggest learn how to spell correctly. This man would trade his life to save someone else's in a heartbeat. He is one of the most educated doctors in the WORLD and maybe if you were not such an idiot, he would have been more inclined to make your visit more pleasurable. Think twice before judging those who are trying save your life, not your poodle.

His staff is the most unprofessional and incompetent I have ever seen. Getting in for urgent care is next to impossible. They perform alot of unnessarasry tests and procedures to bill the insurance companies. He won't refill any prescriptions unless you see him for an appointment. Horrible staff who are very rude and imcompetent. He needs to realize his staff is a direct reflection on him.

Dr. Woolery is the most educated physician I've ever been to. He knows he stuff and diagnosed my condition almost immediately when other doctors missed it. He is a great doctor.

I have had Dr Woolery as a family Dr. for 20 plus years. He has always taken the time to address my medical questions and has always been concerned about me and my family members. To the negative comments posted, I think there is more to them than they stated. Dr. Woolery, I'm sure has days that he is unable to spend alot of time with each patient but he's always busy and I have never felt slighted from his lack of attention.I'm very satisfied with Dr. Woolery and his nursing staff. I will admit there are times when his office staff could be more helpful and friendly but wouldn't warrent replacing them.

I gave him a 2 on staff because the PA is alright though she lacks experience. Im searching for a new doctors office, I thought I made a good choice seeing how he has a MD,DO,& PHD, he must have been the one with the low grades in college because to be a doctor he is not professional at all. went in for acute sinusitis, he says let me see what I have I'll be right back, Yea well he never came back though he managed to send the nurse with a prescription and the paperwork for me to leave.(never physically examined me, never took my temp?!by the way doctor how do you do diagnose someone from across a room,that is very illegal.LucklyI dont have the time to waste on you. I had several test done later on, and just kept getting sent to an answering machine the nurses never call back about your test results. you have to make an appt to actually find out if you have anything & hopefully you dont die by then because it wont be till weeks later if you dont stay on them.I dont gamble w/mylife

Extremely rude staff. I spoke with the office manager, and when that didn't make a difference, I requested Dr. Woolery call me...he NEVER did. We changed doctors, and are much more happy now.

Front desk and nurses are helpful but that is as far as it goes. Dr Woolery never takes time or fully understands many situations at hand. Has to be told numerous times drug alergies even though he supposedly writes them down in records. Doesn't fully grasp the details when a background is given to him. Overall I was not pleased with bedside manners at all. Rarely looks at you, spends little time and asks few quesitons to help diagnose. Other doctors in the office are in training and although they seem better they are not there for very long so you never get someone that is familiar with you and your issues.
