An amazing doctor who truly cares about his patients. I adore Dr. Banks and his PA. Both are very kind and explain things to the patient in a way that both are understood. I was even able to call him in the evening on his phone and he answered. What a great guy!

I've been going to Dr Banks for almost 3 years now. He and his staff are the most friendly people I've ever met in a doctor's office. The most important thing is Dr Banks ability to diagnose and treat, he is usually right on with it. I've never had any problems. Absolutely love his office.

I called and asked the receptionist if I could make an appointment with the Doctor, and was he taking new patients? She said, it depends on your insurance and what you want to be seen for. I said, I have insurance and she promptly replied STATE Insurance. I said, noooooo. I explained that I have migraines & nausea every week and before, I could tell her that I'd been seen by a chiropractor for adjustments & acupuncture for the last two months...she interrupts me and said, we are not writing any more scripts for anyone, you'll have to go somewhere else. Wow! I made an appointment with my primary care in Lee's Summit, which I should have done in the first place. I am semi-retired and have private insurance with a company I worked for 30 years. I have never been treated this way by a doctor's office. I really don't know what else to say...it was awful.

Great doctor through high school and all the sports injuries. Once I moved back and started seeing him again I was treated great just like I'd never left. Listens great.
