Dr Barbarite is an amazing doctorHe cares for his patient.His stuff are all professionals who they care for the patients also. I recommendDr Barbarite.to everybody.My whole family were all going to him and we’re all very happy and thankful.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE front desk staff. This office is so convenient as it’s literally less than a mile from my house but I will not be going back here because their staff is extremely rude and incompetent.I will drive to Homestead Florida to see a doctor before I go back here.Save yourself the headache and find another family doctor this place should close down. Shame on them.

I attempted to schedule an appointment as a referral from another practice. After establishing availability, I asked if the office accepted Cigna whomever answered said they did. She then asked "what type of Cigna do you have" I replied "IDK but...."Before I could complete the sentence , she SARCASTICALLY stated "well it's on your card!"I was driving, so I quickly told her to have a good day & ended call.Obviously Robert Barbarite has clients lined up around the corner and doesn't need new patients. Staff should be pleasant and accommodating ;not KAREN-like.

Good doctor, great staff once you get past the front desk or are not calling. I recently called regarding a pre-authorization needed from my insurance that required the office to send more information to my insurance providor. I was transferred to someone named Tracy who had a bad attitude and very rude. When she answered the call and I began to explain she just cut me off saying “yeah what’s up”. As I continued to explain and she was responding still with attitude I actually asked her if I caught her at a bad time because of her attitude. I understand everyone is entitled to a bad day, however, it’s not the first time I’ve gotten attitude when calling their office. If this is the field you choose you need to be aware that you are in “customer service” and need to have the proper etiquette and attitude to deal with people.

I definitely would not recommend Dr. Barbarite. I was searching for a PCP who would communicate with me and look out for my best health interest. He was very disappointing! In my last visit, he walked in the room without a hello, asked a few questions and left after 5 minutes without saying he was leaving or what was next for me. I sat in the room for 15 minutes while wondering if he was coming back. He didn't. This was a follow up appointment and I had many questions. The aid finally came to tell me that I could go home. I asked if the doctor was returning because I have questions. She said that she would go ask him. He told her that he had other appointments and that mine was over. I didn't want to confront him in front of other patients, so I left totally disgusted to search for another doctor.

I definitely would not recommend Dr. Barbarite. I was searching for a PCP who listens and takes time for questions. He does neither. He disappears from exam rooms without saying a word and leaves patients wondering what is next. I left his office very frustrated and searching for another doctor!

The most professional & caring doctor & staff. We’ve been going to Dr Barbarite for about 20 years. No matter what illness or issue we have, he always had the perfect solution. Takes his time…never rushes you.

I am a new patient in this office and was very impressed by the professionalism and courtesy of the entire staff. My appointment time was accurate and I was made to feel like I was the only patient there. My NP was great and answered all my questions in a caring way. I had a really good experience!!

Most annoying/useless front desk at a doctors office. I called and after being put on hold for over 10 minutes I didn’t get any questions answered. I asked to speak with the doctor and they said they’d called me back...they did call back. Only issue was it was not the dr calling me back, it was the not so bright receptionist calling me back. ONLY to tell me they will call me the following day. Make me wait all day will you to tell me you’re not going help. I wanted ask a question, you had the whole day to answer a question and couldn’t do it. I never got a call back either so there’s that. Thank you! Finding another “primary” what a joke.
