I am "picky" to say the least about doctors. I am not one, but have worked with several. Dr. Bollegraf is BY FAR one of the top 2 docs I have ever seen (the other one delivered my children). I am also an extremely complicated case, and he keeps me rolling! I actually FEAR the day if he chooses to retire, but if you want even just a second opinion, this IS your guy.

In trying to handle some things while my mom is in my care I have been nothing but frustrated with everything about this office. You can sit on hold for up to 40 minutes before getting put through to someone that will treat you as if you are bothering them. Was told I would have a call back in 24-72 hours. It's been a full week and I still can't get answers. Feels like you've already written my mom off as dead and not worth your time. It's truly sad. Also, if the receptionist is that happy I wish she would quit. There is NO need to be rude to someone paying for services.

Worst primary Dr I have ever encountered. Lies to his patients, cannot answer any medical questions, makes up random answers that conflict with real medical facts. Continues to push the patient off to "specialists"
