Terrible wellness visit. Wouldn’t go over my labs as I didn’t have them done weeks in advance. Didn’t listen to anything. Blamed everything on lack of staff although the office wasn’t crowded at all. Weeks to get my prescriptions refilled after multiple calls from Pharmacy and me. Took over dr Ubelhart patients when she went on maternity leave. I will not be staying with this practice.

Dr. Noone is compassionate. Takes time to explain everything, asks if you have any questions. We are never rushed. She truly cares and makes you feel comfortable. I would not go see anyone else.

Dr. Noone had no interest in listening to my concerns/questions. She continuously interrupted me, shutting me down when I began speaking. After three or four minutes I decided that she was going to be doing all the talking and I would just answer "yes" or "no." Therefore, I wasn't given the opportunity to ask any of the questions I had come looking for answers to. She was condescending, insulting and rude. She wore a very thick face mask and when I asked her to repeat what she had said because her voice was muffled, she shouted loud enough for the patients in the waiting room to hear her. She did this twice. I have found a new physician and will not be returning to this office.

Dr Noone is very caring and takes the time to listen to your concerns, she explains everything very well She is a great doctor !

This was my first visit and Dr. Noone took her time to go over my medical history. I did not feel rushed at all. Her staff was extremely helpful too!
