Alaxander Bertot's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Alexander Bertot, and his Assistant, Rebecca, are Awesome. However, since moving from Plantation to Weston, has created chaos in trying to reach either of them for appointments or cancellations. The phone system in the Weston Office is chaotic, and they transfer you all over the place. Dr. Bertot, if you are reading this, please, help! You and Rebecca are amazing!

I can't get an appoint with Dr Bertot. It just keeps going to voicemail message and I left 3 messages yesterday for an appt and no one called me back. There is no way to call into the office to talk with a person except through voicemail. What is going on with this office!!!!??

The visits were all very professional. on time and highly informational. the surgery went great and had very little pain during recovery. I'm post 16 weeks and everything is basically back to normal. Rebecca was a pleasure to work with and was always on time and took great care of me.

Dr. Bertot and his team did the surgery of my ruptured ACL and you know when a Dr is excellent when the healing is fast and painless. His team from the receptionists, to the PT team and Rebecca his assistance, they are all professional including the accurate recommendations that needs to be said. I’m deeply grateful. Thanks and thanks.

Wonderful service. Intentional explanation of concerns and remedy. Good service from front office staff and physical therapy. Thankful for them going the extra mile to make sure I am better.

El 29 de Mayo 2022, mi hijo sufrió una lession en la rodilla en un torneo de soccer , su diagnóstico fue rotura de menisco , desde ahi todo fue adverso , entre todos los protocolos de los seguro para conseguir una atención , hasta que llegamos con el Dr Alexander Bertot , desde ese momento todo fue más fácil , ya que todo su equipo de trabajo son excelentes profesionales y muy amables , nos entregaron una atención maravillosa , la cirugía de mi hijo fue un éxito gracias al dr Alexander Bertot Que es una eminencia y a su asistente Rebeca que es una excelente profesional , eternamente agradecida

From the Front desk to the PA - Rebecca Urrutia they were all amazing, friendly, helpful and effective at diagnosis and solving my shoulder issues. I went in with the most severe pain ever, and was treated well and with a smile. As Rebecca said, "If I dont see you again its ok, I know you are doing great!" I agree but I know where to go if I have another issue.

Impossible to make an appointment, my wife and I have tried for 2 weeks to get an appointment. We leave messages, we speak to someone only to have them tell us they are to busy to make the appointment. We give them our name and number and no one returns our calls. My wife requests an appointment online and nothing. The Dr. could be great but if you cant see him then they are useless.

I was seen by Rebecca (PA). She was magnificent, knowledgeable, and extremely kind and serviceable. Highly recommend her!

The doctor was good, but the staff is useless. I waited 2 1/2 hours even though I had an appointment. I totally understand that there are emergencies, but what I do not get is how the staff does not communicate with patients. They are not pro-active and when being asked why the wait is so long, they give you the impression that you disturb them. You have to take a day off to see this doctor!
