He's awesome Nurologist!!!! Is all I can sayHe was my neurologist for a couple years while he was at the Sheridan Plaza and ever since he left there he was in practicing at private office just in the hospitals and I really miss him he was one of a kind very kind very patient with his patience and he's the head of the doctor that will recommend him totally 100% to anyone

The staffing is horrible, they do not care about the patient, very bad customer service. The doctor is not in town and you supposed to be notice and they not even call the patient to let then know. The patient show and then find out the doctor is not there....not good customer service at all !

The staffing isn't worth something. Dr. gives me arthritis pills for chronic pain in the first place. Frankly, find a great mess here. Before you feeling today is a great day for this doctor, move on.

Dr. Padilla is an EXCELLENT doctor and his staff is so helpful. He answered every question I had. He has started me on botox treatment for my migraines and the botox treatment is working! NO MORE MIGRAINES! He is thoughtful, intelligent, and He has given me my life back! No more migraines!

staff is a nightmare, annmarie that answers the phone is clueless. and the office manager Annie does nothing to resolve issues. they billed my insurance 300 for a doctors note for an already established patient. this office is a nightmare

Dr. Padilla and his assistant are superb. Their services are always thorough and timely. The wait may be a little excessive at times but it is well worth it.

I had a 9:30 new pt appt he didn't show up past 10am didn't see until 11;30 assumed I was there for a car accident so he could send me for treatment and collect never asked how or what my injury was related too he order some test he's staff said they would call to schedule 2 weeks passed according to them they've b trying to reach me which is b/s they gave me an apt for December 8 and said it took this long because they needed to verify my insurance but if I would've done it my self it would've been quicker bottom line horrible service the dr does not inspire any sense of trust
