STAY AWAY Do not risk your health and don’t waste your time. This office is the worse for your health. The office manager will not let you speak with the medical professionals the nurse or the doctor. She makes all the final decisions. My mother was also a patient and she had a stroke the day after her physical checkup. AGAIN if you care about your health STAY AWAY

Please find another doctor it is all about the money not your health cause I had a stroke the day after my physical from the main male doctor in this office.Just like many others my daughter lost her job during the pandemic. And the same for her health insurance. The new coverage under her new job wouldnt be active until July 15th. But she suffered from high blood pressure and needed a refill ASAP. The office manager would not put her in contact with the medical professionals unless she pay out of pocket for an appointment. Now she is taking my medication something completely different to avoid getting a stroke until her insurance is activated.In this office you need to pay to get your prescriptions refill. You need to pay cause you forget your referral from your recent visit. You need to pay for the doctor to just tell you your blood work looks good I mean seriously I can get that for free from LabCorp or Quest. If this isnt medical fraud I do not know what is. You are better off by going to a free clinic.

This office is now under MyCare Medical Group and they have a wonderful staff and very knowledgeable MDs .. They are Family and internal Medicine MD. Best of all have excellent customer service. They take Medicare Advantage Plans Commercial and Market place

I hope someone reads this. I have had terrible experiences with customer service. I had to call the office 6 times before getting through and kept receiving out of office message at 11 am on a Thursday to confirm my appointment.My appointment was on a Monday I waited 20 minutes on my Telehealth visit and called the office 12 times with no response. There out of office message was on at 4 pm. I tried to connect with emergency services and the gentleman I spoke with said he had no idea and could not reach the office. This is awful customer service.
