Definitely the customer service in this office it’s very bad, especially Assitant of Dr. De Feria Today 10/10/22 I have appointment at 2/30 PM, and sing in, at 3PM go to front desk ask for my appointment, the answer was oh let me put in the system you are here. After this I ask the assistant what happen whit my appointment her answer was, in this moment we call the 2PM appointments. I don’t understand why make appointments a same hour for the patients

Dr. Deferia takes his time each visit, explains health conditions so that you understand, and doesn't rush his visit with you. Office staff very helpful and pleasant.

My issue is NOT with Dr. De feria but with his staff. If you work in a doctors office you should at least act like you care about the patient. I called very concerned about a prescription that I needed refilled. I was told they wouldn't do it. When I expressed my concern for not getting my meds, the office girl had an Oh Well attitude. It isn't the first time I get upset with the staff so I have decided to find an office where the office staff cares, or at least act like you do.

It's a shame Dr DeFeria isn't bad it's his staff that is awful! very unprofessional and scary they are dealing with people's health...If you want to have a reliable Dr this will not be your choice...
