I went to the Plantation office after taking time off work, they would not see me because I didn't have my drivers license even though my primary care doctor sent them a copy, office manager rude,horrible, I didn't get to see the doctor,these people do not care about you or your health.

Dr. Villa Franca. I am glad to say that I am really blessed to have him as my endocrinologist. He listens carefully and answered my questions with a lot of patience. He spends a lot of his time till he satisfied me as his patient. He is very efficient and very kind. On top of that he has very good staff who is very diligent in performing their duties

For many years I have been struggling to keep my A1C under control, I saw many Endocrinologists but it was not until Dr. Villafranca took my case that I was able to go from an A1C of 14 to an A1C of 6.8. Between Dr. Arnaldo Villafranca and Dr. Luis Garzon, my medications were reviewed and modified to help me achieve the desired outcome. I feel blessed to have Dr. Villafranca as my Endocrinologist, I really trust him with my health.

I am very happy with the customer service I received at Dr. Villafranca office Emily who works at the front desk was very professional. I was seen by Dr. Villafranca who was very patient with me on answering all my questions and concern he had all the answers I needed I am very happy to have him as my endocrinologist I highly recommend his office for anyone who is looking for a endocrinologist.

Wonderful experience. Dr. Villafranca is excellent and very kind. Very caring and took time to explain the diagnoses. Made sure I understood everything before I left the office. The entire staff was pleasant and helpful. I am extremely happy with my choice with him as an endocrinologist.
