Scheduling was quick and easy. Being seen by the tech was prompt and professional. My overall experience was very positive.

Love this urgent care Nurses and doctors are  excellent  and put you and the kids are easy explain everything  as they go and no long waiting would recommend to anyone .

Honestly I usually give every single business or place an opportunity to shine regardless of the circumstances I called around 1230PM in the afternoon to set an appointment or if they did walkins for the Covid testing got there at exactly 1oclock in the afternoon and Im just leaving now at 352PM. The wait time is ridiculously long and the worst part about it is after my 2 Hour wait the front receptionist kept telling people it was going to be an our wait. They dont allow you to wait in the car for liability reasons so in my case that Im negative Im highly exposed to a variety of people coughing and sneezing in the offices. At a health facility like this I didnt see anyone wiping down the seats after every person. On top of that I was practically kicked out by the last nurse who just handed me the discharge papers and told me you should get a text with the results and pointed me to the exit and said exits over there.

Beware If you need urgent care this location is also conducting  Covid rapid testing so you may be waiting 2 hours like me to be seen despite having difficulty breathing because of my asthma. Patient care is not a priority. A party of six that waltzed in right before me and chatted loudly on their cell while waiting was seen first for testing. Plus because of cdc guidelines  a limited amount of patients are being allowed in at a time so be prepared to stand in line. Good luck

I went there for COViD test. I saw people coming in saying had Covid diagnosis. I was expecting them asking them to wait outside to avoid any transmission to those not having symptoms. Not at all. They just stayed in the same waiting room. I would think twice about their triage.

We came to get tested with my 2 year old and 6 year old. There were another two childs between the ages 23. I asked if they could let the other kids and my kids in first as they are young and have little patience as all other adults. They told they cant do that cause they must go as per who got here first. There was two adults ahead of us. That is insane that they wont let the young in first as the adults can wait rather than a 2 year old. Pure BS they should be ashamed of themselves

The entire staff was super sweet and professional. Very efficient and timely. Def recommend for any imaging needs

The scheduling service is the worst. My doctors office was on the phone wanting to submit an order and schedule an appointment for me listening to music for way too long. They finally decided to mail it to me so that I could go through the process of scheduling myself. Well Ive tried several times since last week. Ive left my name to stay in queue and waiting for you to call back. Still waiting after hours. Ive been on the phone listening to music and sporadic advertisement for hours. What does someone need to do to get you to answer the calls? Theres no way anyone will believe that you are totally swamped with phone calls that take days to answer.

I am apalled at the facility. After sending the required medical order and more than 10 emails to rxbaptisthealth.net and to the receptionist of this facility today after confirming with them that they had received the order last Thursday they advised me that the order was missing informatiion. In addition they kept the $50.00 for services that were not rendered. At 810 I asked to talk to the Administrator. She arrived at the facility at 830 a.m. and she didnt speak to me. Finally at 910 after no one approached me I decided to leave. Staff is not sensitive and rude playing with patients health time and money. Incredible.

The staff at the Pembroke Pines location is great but the aggravation and amount of time it takes to make an appt is completely unacceptable. I even tried the leave your name and number routine and you wont lose your place in line. Really its been 2 days ... would I have been on hold that long?
