I am very satisfied with the attention received from all personnel, and the treatment received just yesterday is working very well.

Excellent from beginning to end. Great care compassionate team and I was in and out in less than an hour. Would definitely recommend.

Always very nice and super clean place.

The facility was very clean. The staff was nice. I was there for only 2 hours. I would have given them a higher rating but they sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy although it was written on my on my paperwork and even after I gave the nurse the correct information. He assured me that it would be corrected however when I went to my pharmacy they still sent to the prescription to the wrong location and I had to wait for my pharmacy to my prescription transferred to their location. What an inconvenience.

The receptionist was quick to receive us and so was the nurse; I was impressed with the cleanliness of the place....we were in and out in no time. I definitely recommend it to anyone! Should I need it in the future, I would definitely go back there!

In December I went to Baptist Urgent Care in Pembroke Pines. I was starting to not feel well. My husband had been out of town and had returned feeling sick. He went to that same Baptist Urgent Care the night before and tested positive for Covid. We were shocked since we are both fully vaccinated. (This was before Omicron started making headlines in the U.S.) I immediately distanced myself from my husband, but the next afternoon very suddenly started not feeling well. I went straight to the same Baptist Urgent Care where my husband had tested positive the night before. They even remembered him and his positive Covid results. I requested a Covid test.I needed it immediately because I'm a teacher, and I would need to let my principal know right away since obviously I have contact with a lot of students.I was told they also had to test me for the flu (not even one strain of the flu, but two). I told them I didn't need a flu test, I needed a Covid test. They told me the flu was "going around" and in order to get the Covid test I also had to get the flu test. Now I know why they insisted on the flu tests that I really didn't need. I have just received a bill from Baptist for nearly $500 for that visit. If I had only been tested for Covid, as I requested, I would have owed $0.I am extremely upset. I feel as though I was taken advantage of by Baptist Health. I wanted one test but had to get two others to get the one that I actually needed. To me, that is Baptist's way of making even more money during this pandemic. We all knew if I had anything it would be Covid, since my husband had already tested positive there less than 24 hours before...and they clearly knew and remembered that. They even told me how they had recommended to him to go and get the monoclonal shots. So now instead of owing no money, I owe nearly $500.I have emailed Baptist twice, and called and left voicemail messages twice, but have yet to hear back. Shame on Baptist for pulling this money-making stunt during a pandemic, and now ignoring me when I question it.

I received excellent care and courteous service from the nurses, the X-ray technician, receptionist and Doctor as I come to expect from any Baptist Hospital facility. The Physician took time to address all my concerns and answer my questions. I came to the place anxious and in pain and left with a clear understanding of my condition and the steps to take to get better. It took less than an hour for me to be seen and that includes having a CT scan and urine test done and results received.

Love this place ,staff is super friendly and helpful!Everyone from front desk to nurses, doctors excellent service !! This is the place you want to go when you feel awful the staff trys everything to make you more comfortable!! ❤❤❤
