I was able to set up an appointment on line and was seen within 45 minutes or so and diagnosed. The staff were helpful, friendly and pleasant. I was happy with the doctor and the help I was provided. I was also able to get my prescriptions there as well so I didn’t have to go to the drug store while not feeling good ! A great experience here again!Thanks to all and have very Happy Holidays!

The nurses were excellent, listened to all my concerns, and made sure to discard everything with diagnostic tests. They do work with capacity levels, so I would keep that in mind. If possible arrive early, or be prepared to wait to wait some outside.But they truly try their best to expedite patients in and out, just make sure to list all concerns so that notice goes unnoticed once you’re seen. But it didn’t take long to be seen, but we did arrive early!

“Dr.” Duarte Martinez has no business practicing at this urgent care. He refuses to examine his patients, claiming we could have Covid (despite a negative test) and then proceeds to write prescriptions with no information. He’s one of those doctors who simply writes prescriptions until something works while making no effort to correctly diagnose you - he didn’t even ask questions. And they do make you remove your mask to swab for Covid and flu tests - so he simply doesn’t want to examine patients despite wearing all of the PPE. Don’t be a doctor if you can’t be bothered to do your job right or are too afraid of the risks. If you come here and get him, request another doctor immediately.The rest of the staff was very nice and helpful.

Dr Morales was most professional and the other members of her team were exceptional in explaining what tests I needed and how they would be done.Most pleased with safety measures instituted for Covid-19 protocols.

The Dr and my nurse were FANTASTIC! Both listened and were genuinely concerned for me and my well-being. My diagnosis was quick and the Dr was very careful to check and make sure there were no interactions with my current meds and the necessary medication to treat me! I highly recommend this Urgent Care!
