Angel on earth!! Dr. Pico is very patient and informative. Dealing with cancer is hard but he makes the process so manageable. God bless him and his office staff.
Recommended, extremely nice. Communicates in plain language and answers questions. Highly educated. Had actually read my medical file before meeting me. Thorough & Thoughtful. Recommended.
Ample parking separate facility on Memorial Hospital West's Campus. Took 15 minutes to register and intake but after that no real delays. Every staff member was smiling and helpful. Dr. Pico is a very nice, caring person and communicated well. He has tons of education and he had actually read my file before our meeting.
When my mom’s white blood cell count came back very high, we were referred to Dr. Pico. It was a scary time and we didn’t know what was wrong. Dr. Pico has the best bedside manner and was so patient and knowledgeable. He really listened to my mother’s background and her concerns. She was able to empathize and provide us hope with her diagnosis of CML. He is a wonderful doctor and we really appreciate him.
Dr. Palmer has been my primary care physician for the last four years. During that time, he hired an outstanding PA named Amanda Ford! She was absolutely professional and personable. At the time, his lead nurse Lizzie was simply great and loved her patients and job. Without notice, these individuals and other staff members were removed. As a patient with a scheduled appointment, I recently arrived at the office on time and was told that he no longer has a PA! There was no apology or recourse offered. Customer Service did not exist! I have a new primary care physician who cares about their patience and practice!
Dr Erica at this office is not good. If you are sick and out of town you're screwed. She insists on seeing the patient (more $$ in their corrupt hands) before she would prescribe anything; even though you have been in the office just recently Also the office staff is like the loterry; some are really sympathetic and good while others are just plain BITCHES who are rude and couldn't care less. SUGGESTION: go somewhere else.
The office without add. Polner is running poorly. I had my appointments rescheduled more than once. If I run out of a medication, they don't reply to my Pharmacy request. It's very sad to let a practice go this bad. I hope someone acts fast and put this office in shape.
The office staff is extremely rude and will not be back as a result. Their building is under construction so parking took about 20 minutes making me late for my appointment. Once I arrived, they said I was late and needed to reschedule. I explained to them the parking issue and the supervisor offered no empathy for this situation, her response was simply "maybe you should leave a little earlier next time." How can I support any DR. that allows their staff to treat their patients this way?
Dr. Brian Polner and his office are full of liars and cheaters! They had me come in and charged me for services they said my insurance was covering. $400 scam! Beware of them! I did everything possible to have it in writing what I was supposed to be charged but even with that they sent the bill to collections. They are definitely used to scamming their patients and have the who thing down to a science. Check out drpolnerhealthworxscam.c…

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
