Dr. Palermo has been my doctor for diabetes for about a year or two. She has always beene extremely helpful and took the time to explain all the issues to me. She was also vey proactive in her treatment prescriptions and has been very responsive when needed. She has been very instrumental in getting my diabetes under control and continues to be very helpful in what the future holds. I can't recommend her highly enough.

She is a good doctor, sometimes they are behind and you end up being there longer than expected. The only bad thing is I have to recall the office multiple times for a prescription to be put in. It takes two seconds for a prescription to be put in for Amazon Pharmacy but they are lazy i guess, I do not know the reason. Would recommend checking out other doctors first.

I have been a T1 for 50yrs and have tried a few doctors. Dra Coromoto Palermo is one of the best, if not the best. Very knowledgeable, good communicator and with no hurry. I fully recommend her.

She’s rude and does not care about her patients. Took her 5 days to return a call about my labs and when she did she spent most of the time complaining that I called. Speaks condescendingly when you ask her for clarification. People like her shouldn’t be doctors.

Dr. Coromoto Palermo is very professional and caring . She really takes the time to go through the records and symptoms and listens to patient before giving advice . I highly recommend her as well for her knowledge and expertise in endocrinology and medical conditions .

Office forces co pays even when your insurance doesn't require one. They don't know what they are doing and are very unprofessional and rude staff don't go there.

Office staff refused service stating I had a copay even though my insurance didn't require one. The staff didn't understand the difference between coinsurance (billing your insurance and then you the difference) instead stated if I didn't pay my copay I needed to leave. I contacted my insurance provider to confirm my insurance because I was confused and wanted to be sure. My insurance agreed this place was shady in the way they were charging their patients.
