My mom had an extremely negative experience at this doctor's office. The front desk office manager was incredibly unprofessional and provided extremely poor customer service. When my elderly mother went in for an appointment, the office manager failed to return her ID and insurance card, leading to her having to return to the office twice. The manager was dismissive and rude to my mother, which was incredibly distressing for her. Furthermore, the office found my mother's documents after repeatedly lying about not having it, causing significant frustration and concern. It's clear that this office has a serious lack of communication and customer service skills. Patients should feel safe and respected when seeking medical care, and this office failed to provide that. I would not recommend this office to anyone and hope that they take this feedback seriously and make significant improvements to their practices

I love going to visit Dr. Bell's office. He's prompt, he's polite, & he shows real empathy towards his patients. Something other doctors seem to be lacking now a days. Dr. Bell is straight forward and honest. Always answers my questions. Always professional. He and his staff are awesome! 5 stars from me! Sheri

Great doctor ! He previously saw my daughter a couple of years back for a plantar fasciitis and made a special shoe insert and she was very relieved with that .. . Very good doctor. Now we are back just went for diagnosis for a stress fracture .. let’s see what happens .. I hope she gets better soon … but yes definitely you should book appointment he’s good!

Office is warm and friendly. Dr. Bell fixed my foot after months of pain, finally walking happy again. 🙂
