I came for a follow-up and Dr. Morse introduced himself as if meeting me for the first time. He should have looked at my patient file first and would have known. I also felt like he dismissed my symptoms. Not the best "bedside manners".

It was my first time there, I registered on line got there and was in and out, thank God! A Dr. That does not make you wait. Amazing!

I got 5 min with the ENT Doc then had hearing test and then another 2 minutes. Not very communicative; does not like to answer questions. In a rush... Do they have a patient portal like they told me?

Dr Morse is amazing! He welcomes us with a smile every time and is also very quick. In and out and to the point! Love and highly recommend him.

The office is clean and the staff is nice. I was happy to get a quick appointment. While there please note that you are quick to be seen but once you get to the room, the waiting is a while. I did not like the fact that the girl on the phone was on speaker; I heard the person on the other end's entire business in Spanglish. "Ella me dijo eso pero I don't know. Yes she was here and ella me dijo que..." It is better to speak in one language unless there is a word that cannot be translated. Lastly, no one wants to overhear another's conversation; music would be preferable, but none plays unfortunately. Also, HIPPA is being violated since others can hear a patient's information. Since this is at Memorial West Hospital, be sure to get there early. The parking is hard to find and give yourself time to find the correct building.
