I was admitted 1 a.m. for chest pains. Dr. Jurkovich and my primary cardiologist arranged to open a slot before all of the other surgeries. At 7:30 am, he was in my room to answer a question. Then immediately, rolled in a waiting gurney and personally transported me to the operating room. I felt like a rock star as multiple staff members in this huge hospital commented a doctor was transporting me. He placed a 38mm stent and performed an angioplasty before I knew what happened and absolutely NO PAIN. Not even discomfort. The worse part was pulling the bandages off for a band aid. Dr. Jurkovich was praised by my cardiologist for his particular and past actions. That is rare in my experience. No nonsense, no pretentious air and the get 'er done attitude impressed us. Recommended.

Although it's been a few years, the care I received from Dr Jurkovich and his staff was excellent. I received a life saving procedure from him. Me and my family thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

My previous cardiologist in the hospital said "nothing wrong with you". My son got the administration to test further. Dr. J did a catheter and my artery was 95% closed. He saved my life. "He never sleeps" !

He has surprised me in the hospital room as late as 8:30 pm just checking & sist and talks. He found what another cartilogist told me "nothing wrong with you go home". Dr. J. preformed a catheter and found my artery 95% closed. So far he has saved my life at least 3 times. He treats patients like they are his only patient. I fired the other doctor!

This review is going overdue. My wife was a transferred to PMH from Holy Cross in FLL b/c she needed respiratory rehab. The cardiologist initially assigned to her case was a disaster. Dr. Jurkovich stepped in in a logical, caring professional manner and provided her with the care she needed. He additionally okayed her return north in an air ambulance. Dr. Jurkovich is tops!!!!

Saved my life at 58 cardiac arrest at home and 3 more times in er/ cath lab put in pacemaker defib very lucky ti be alive. at memorial taken to cath lab by Dr jurkovitz saw me 2x day in hosp for 2 weeks very caring and personable

My mom had a procedure done in March of this year with Dr David Jurkovich. She felt so comfortable talking with him, his Spanish is good. He was very kind and pleasant to talk to. She loves him!!! She has more procedures to do. He was a true blessing and stuff

Dr.Jurkovich really cares. From pre to during to post surgery, he has a confidence that make you feel at ease. Upon my post surgery chat with him, he gave me great advice, tough but truthful advise. I was also told his door is always open for me. I appreciate him and will change my habits after this new Lease on life
