Dr. Palmer is truly an amazing physician with an incredible depth of knowledge and wonderful bedside manner. However, it’s difficult to secure appointments, often resulting in a wait of up to three months. Additionally, the lack of receiving timely responses from the office staff regarding treatment plans while waiting. But if you can manage the scheduling difficulties and communication gaps, the care you'll receive from Dr. Palmer is absolutely top-notch.

This review is not for the doctor. It is for Dr Palmer’s office which is totally inefficient and makes him look really badly. My husband has had an appointment for a colonoscopy for the two months. He prepared for the colonoscopy the day before, we all know that is not a pleasant prep. When we arrived for the procedure they had no information about him and after looking it up they said that it was not for today. They got the time and the date mixed up. They had asked him to arrive and hour and a half earlier for the procedure and then he had to wait in the waiting room for 5 hours before they told us that he was going to be the last one since he was as not scheduled. There were four patients ahead of him so they could not say at what time it would be. We left and are going to find another doctor. Please call the day before the procedure to make sure everything is in order.

Gastro Health excels at providing poor service. If you like long wait times and poor customer service this is the doctor's office for you.

Something has happened to this practice that is not good, nor is it ethical. They have owed me money for overcharging me for well over a month and I've told me they were going to credit my car then they were gonna send me a check and now they say they can't refund it.. additionally, they sent my prescription to one of their own pharmacies that I needed to drink before my colonoscopy and that Pharmacy tried to charge me almost $500! When I talk to my Publix pharmacist about it, she got the prescription transferred and it was $50. There's something unethical about how they conduct themselves with business. I don't know if it's personal gain or something else. Additionally, their office staff are horrible. They don't return phone calls they ask you to call back instead of calling you back. Try to find another place to go so that you won't get ripped off like I was.

Great experience. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. The staff and Dr. Palmer were all very friendly and helpful. I especially like how Dr. Palmer really took his time to explain my conditions with me.
