It was a different experience since the other hospital was sending overflow patients to the surgical suite due to Covid. The staff looked tired. They were having trouble finding beds, gowns and IV's towards the end of my visit. I laid in a makeshift room by myself for an hour or longer. We were asked to prove our vaccination for Covid was done. One lady didn't have her card and the staff had to take time to call CVS and find out if she had the shot. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The doctor introduced himself and asked if I had any questions beforehand. Afterwards, Dr. Palmer gave me a brief observation of what he observed. I am waiting on the pathology report now. Pray for our healthcare workers. I saw how overworked they are now.

Made appt a week in advance. The morning of the appt. they called me and said I had to reschedule because I needed a referral from my PCP. This was 40 minutes before my appt time and they had my insurance information all this time. When I told the girl I had a PPO she had to ask her manager if that was ok. Really....went elsewhere.

Every staff member is attentive friendly efficient. My mother has been in the hands of doctors for a good 60 years. She says Dr. Dean Palmer is one of the best she’s ever had.

Dr. Palmer his facility are wonderful. A Doctor who actually cares for his patience and well being. Never felt rushed and always does a thorough exam. Excellent bed side manners. Highly recommended.
