We are experiencing moments of anxiety and very stressful; I suggest you review your telephone service policies, as they always try to give lessons to those who call. I asked for a remedy 7 days before its expiration and I felt scolded by your telephone operators .... they told me that the doctor had no interference and that I had to place the order only the day before.

Great Medical facility for seniors. After you've been there a time or two, everybody knows your name and is extremely friendly. It's nice to have a medical place that focuses on seniors and takes care of them.Dr. Ali could not be better. She is friendly, knowledgeable and as sweet as can be.😀Dr. Bush who is the podiatrist is also wonderful. She's on site so you don't have to go to another doctor's office. She's taken care of my feet for the past couple of years now and just makes me feel fantastic.😀1 would highly recommend this office and I am sure that all the Chen Medicals are the same.👍

Call three times yesterday once this morning gave them all my information except today I’m tired of repeating myself and getting no phone calls I do not blame Dr. Highlander I just want to get the blood pressure pills on Walgreens in Hiatus I’m supposed to have one today and not take him not stop taking them. Give me a pills that I can’t stop taking and only a certain amount without the number on the medication and not to even tell me I want to be listen to I want to be in formed I want to know what to expect I don’t want surprises secrets and no return phone calls I wanted to trust you I love that clinic but there’s a lot of mess going on here🙏🙏🏾🙏🏽🙏🙏🏾❤️🩹

Excellent and compassionate medical care. Knowledgeable doctors and staff. Patients get the best care possible with very short wait times. Staff and doctors go above and beyond to be sure patients get everything they need and feel comfortable. I recommend Chen Medical highly.

I'm very happy with my Chen Medical Centerat Pembroke Pines in particular during this time of Covid-19. My Primary doctor Dr. Giralt Yanez, assistant Aimee and many others in that office have been very kind, helpful and informative. So far I’m receiving updates on almost daily basis about Covid19 and how to deal with it in case of infection. I feel confident that in case of need I can count on them to take care of me. Thanks a lot!

Hello my name is Laura El sayed and I am a patient of doctor Ali. I wanted to say that doctor Ali is amazing physician. On saturdy 2/27/21 in the morning I was excepted to get my 1st vaccine for the covid. She was kind enough to find a way to get mail letter of my conditions so I would be excepted for the covid vaccine. I needed a letter on a Saturday and she was more than happy to help me. I have never met another doctor to go out of her way to do anything like that before. I want to thank doctor Ali and all the Chen medical team for being the best.
