They schedule an appointment for my daughter ( 2 years) and when I arrived there. They told me it was a mistake. And for 3 days I was receiving text to confirm my appointment. I called before my appointment to make sure if it's wasn't a mistake but nobody was answering. The day of the visit they told me if I still want to see a doctor if i have any concerns i can see a doctor and ask my questions. I saw doctor DIANNE WILLIAMS . I was her first patient at 8am. And she wasn't professional didn't answer to my question and I felt the room because she gave me attitude looks like i was bothering her with my 9ne and only question i asked. I didn't finished the consultation I left and went to report her attitude to the director of the center. I have been going to pediatric associates since I give bith and always had a good service with my doctor. But this time I had to report this doctor because she wasn't professional, calm or patient with my kid. I hope someone is going to talk to this doctor because her attitude was really bad. I was her first patient if I was her last one I can tell maybe she had a bad day. But nobody treated me the way she did. DIANNE WILLIAMS can't see or touch my child, and I'm going to report her. A doctor can't act like this with patients. And we pay for her services it's not like it was free. I'm the one who's paying to get a service. And having a doctor like that I can't even trust her or let her touch my child. I was really disappointed but this visit and the attitude of the doctor
