There are times in your life where you just don’t know what you may be missing or what you need. It usually becomes those simple things like genuine interaction or engagement. Today, Dr. Thrower and Alicia provided a space where I was able to communicate my concerns regarding my skin. A space where I could clearly disclose my trouble areas and ask questions. I was heard and just as important was given a level of understanding about what was going on with my skin with a clearly defined process to get the results I need. I didn’t know it, but today I really needed this interaction. The path is promising. Just talking to Alicia made me feel beautiful. It was beyond business, it was empowerment. It was a lifting of my spirit. I’m a confident Latina female. Today, Alicia increased my confidence, a boost I did not know I needed but now that I received it, I will be walking into this weekend and the rest of the year with my head held high feeling reassured that my beauty also comes from this confidence. Thank you Alicia, you are amazing! Dr. Thrower, as always, a class act!

Alicia at Dr Thrower’s Skin Care is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to understand my skin concerns and goals. She always make me feel welcome, and her personalized approach made all the difference. I always feel completely at ease throughout my treatments. She is simply amazing. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM ALEXANDER THROWER. HE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE! I HAVE NEVER BEEN SPOKEN TO SO RUDELY BY ANYONE AT THIS OFFICE. HE DEFINITELY SHOULD NOT BE TAKING PHONE CALLS.....VERY NASTY ATTITUDE!

I had an amazing experience at Dr. Thrower’s Skincare! From the moment I walked in Katherine, made me feel welcomed and at ease. The staff is incredibly professional and attentive, taking the time to listen to my needs and customize treatments that were perfect for me. The facility is clean, modern, and beautifully designed, creating a relaxing atmosphere. I was particularly impressed by the knowledge and skill of Nurse Practitioner Alicia Jackson. She explained every step of the process, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the treatment. If you’re looking for a med spa that truly cares about your well-being and delivers exceptional results, I highly recommend. I will definitely be returning for future treatments!
