Everyone there is professional and courteous! Especially the check out Lady...
Doctor is great, front office is an absolute mess. I been trying to speak to the doctor and get my results for over 2 weeks for an urgent matter. Going to see another doctor I can't risk my health with a unorganized office.

One star is being given generously. Today after almost 20 years of being a patient at Dr Fausto De La Cruz office I was left speechless when I called to simply ask for a prescription of antibiotics to be called into the pharmacy for a severe oral infection in which we all know a dentist won’t touch you to complete the dental work until the infection is cleared not to mention the extensive amount of pain that one Has to endure when encountering dental pain. With the clear understanding that this is a primary care physician. And not a dentist, I’ve never had an issue until today when it comes to Dr. Delacruz‘s office accommodating an emergency. While on the phone today with the staff member by the name of Carmen, I was refused any antibiotics and quite frankly her comment took me back, “Carmen” stated “if I were you, I would have been at the dentist already”. Mind you I’m a single Mother of three children with a full time job, so it’s not as simple as it seems. That is the most unprofessional response to somebody that is experiencing significant pain. It’s a no-brainer that clearly I should be at the dentist but I can’t be until the infection is cleared. For a primary care physician to absolutely disregard a patient that has been with them for 20 years is absurd. I thoroughly enjoy looking forward to finding a new physician not to mention if you ever go in person expect at least a three hour wait minimum. The office used to be ran Impressively and has gone downhill rapidly not to mention high turnovers of MDs PAs and medical staff. from a scale of one out of 10 I recommend Dr. Fausto dela Cruz’s office as a Zero when it comes to an efficient, caring and understanding healthcare provider. I will however mention Dr Dela Cruz is an amazing Doctor, who I will miss dearly but we can blame Carmen for my decision. Because her empathy today was repulsive. I was left in tears after I was denied help by her. I was able to download the Application teladoc right after I hung up the phone with Carmen and Im happy to say I have antibiotics waiting for their pickup at the pharmacy, see how simple that was. I really hope whoever is in charge of this office truly understands the staff is pushing loyal patients away with their lack of understanding. What a time to be alive, healthcare is at its ultimate worst
The staff appears less concern for the patients but more on dang paperwork. If you have an appointment it can take you more than an hour. Things started out great 3.5 years ago b when I started but now it is the worse. The PA do not listen just start talking and wanting to order test without even listening or finding out why you are there. Time to find another doctor.
I should’ve have read these reviews before coming here. I have yet to even see the doctor working in his own practice lol. For almost 3 years now every time i try to book with him he’s booked out, Ironically. The Np need to learn English, I’m sorry but just because i speak Spanish doesn’t mean i feel comfortable speaking in Spanish about my health. English is my first language and in a business they should speak it fluently. Additionally, waiting an hour for an appt is unacceptable. Especially telemedicine. Don’t even get me started on telemedicine, what a garbage concept. Lastly, my appt was at 10am they called me at 10:07am to collect payment and then still at 11am…. Waiting for the nurse practitioner. This is will be my last appt. BEWARE of this office, they clearly don’t care about their patients and want us all to die :)
Wait time is always over an hour without any apologies or acknowledgment of how long you’ve been waiting. I have never been able to get an appointment with the doctor; always a practitioner. In the process of Finding another doctor now.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
