Please don't come here!! I had surgery late last year with the doctor, and after the surgery, I started to hemorrhage,which lasted 3 months. I called letting them know this concern, and they told me to wait and see due to surgery. I was in a lot of pain and continuously bleeding when I made an appointment to see if they could figure out what was going on. It turns out there was a gauze left inside of me for 3 months. Then, the doctor told me that perhaps I had put the gauze there and never took responsibility for what happened!! This was unacceptable, and thankfully, I didn't develop an infection. Please don't do any type of surgery here. The doctor and the staff are not the same as they were years ago.

Dr Salsbury is a skilled doctor. Hence why i came back to her again for potential surgery. But getting in touch with her surgical coordinator is hell and when you do she’s not personable at all. My 2nd visit with Dr. Salsbury regarding the surgery, i decided I’d wait around for the coordinator to call like she said she would so that I wouldn’t call so much and she’d be aggravated. It’s been a month and I’ve yet to get a phone call. I’m going to find another surgeon at this point. She needs to find staff who cares…. Maybe it’s because I’m not pregnant and other patients aren’t as important.

This doctor was a GOD-SENT. I delivered my first baby with her and from start to finish my time with her was above and beyond. She truly cares about you and so does her staff. Dr. Salsbury is passionate in her career and shows it with every visit. After my delivery she would call to make sure I'm okay and ask about the baby. Honestly, I didn't think such a kind-hearted, down to earth doctor existed in Florida. I 10000000% recommend her to anyone.

This is the only office I have been to that the entire staff is amazing! From the front desk to the girls who take your blood and most importantly the Doctors. I feel like every one truly cares. I love Anne Salsbury. She really takes her time and every appointment never feels rushed. She truly cares about her patients and will take her time to listen to all your concerns and has the best personality. I have been to doctors previously who come off very cold or will rush you out of the offices. I can guarantee that won’t happen here.

Dr. Helen is superb. Knowledgeable, sensitive, informative… my wife immediately felt at ease – and felt confident in her receiving expert medical care. Staff is great too. She delivered our second baby, It was such a nice and smooth journey with her. impressed with the overall experience. HIGHLY recommend.

Dr.Helene Salsbury and Ann Salsbury and staff are amazing. I had surgery and they explain everything in detail. The hospital was excellent!! the way I was treated after surgery. Thank you for being such a loving caring office.

Throughout my wife's pregnancy, Dr. Salisbury showed great empathy and concern. She went over and beyond. When my wife had a false labor scare, Dr. Helen came into the Hospital. Dr. Salisbury had full control of the labor room on delivery day and is such a natural providing comfort and reassurance. She was stern and disciplined, totally in charge/control in case anything went sideways. She's a ROCK STAR. We were very relieved and extremely thankful for her wisdom and experience. Anytime she walked through the door we knew we were in good hands. We had a healthy baby girl (Medina) who is now 4 years old. Thank you Dr. Helen. We think of you often and of the wonderful, textbook delivery, and pregnancy. The way you choreographed taking pictures was magical. You gave us memories for a lifetime. YOU ROCK.

I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Salsbury for a pregnancy confirmation. Prior to seeing the doctor, the staff had me pee in a cup to confirm the pregnancy. During my visit with Dr. Salsbury, her phone beeped in the middle of me asking a question. It did not bother me initially as she is a doctor and may have had an emergency call. However, it turned out it was someone sending her a video of a dog. She showed me the video and kept talking about the dog. I repeated my question hoping to bring her attention back on me, but she ignored me again. She replayed the video and continued talking about the dog. I had to wait until she was done with her phone to ask my question for a third time. I did not feel important. This was quite rude actually. During this visit, I was also expecting an ultrasound to at least see the sac, however I was told they don’t have the machines at their office. All other OB/GYNs I have been to have had ultrasound machines on site. The experience with the doctor left a bad first impression with me. The final straw with this practice was when I received a bill for the visit. I have had the same insurance for many years and know my benefits. Any office visits related to pregnancy and maternity is covered at no charge with my insurance. I received a bill for that same pregnancy confirmation visit for a copay. I called my insurance and was told the office billed it with a diagnosis of a missed period instead of any diagnosis related to pregnancy. I called the billing department and the office manager and told them I did not understand why my diagnosis was sent to my insurance only as a missed period and asked why there was no diagnosis of me being pregnant. They kept repeating that is how they bill their first visits. I have not had this issue with other OB/GYNs I have visited for pregnancy confirmations. I really regret visiting this office. It was a waste of time and money.

Very professional and hard-working doctor that beyond my expectation!

I really liked the doctor. She showed concern and gave excellent advice relating to self care. Very nice office staff. Problem with appt. though. I was told they tried to contact me about appt. cancellation but couldn't reach me because they didn't have my phone number but they absolutely did (had texts confirming the appt.). They did fit me in so I was seen that day so not all bad. I would certainly recommend Dr. Salsbury but make sure to confirm the appt. by calling the office.
