My wife and I have been seeing Dr.. Graubard for over 20 years. He is a very capable and compassionate doctor. His staff is friendly and capable. Ive referred several friends to him and they are also very happy with him. I highly recommend.

I am so disappointed with their attitude and the way they spoke to me.Took urine test and they had 15 other urine samples in the boxed window very disgusting...I never got a call back regarding my blood work and urine test. I explained to them which they cut me off and had no care for what I was saying on how I have been feeling. I feel like I am having kidney problems and they DO NOT CARE NOR SPOKE OF IT. They actually act like ur crazy and u do not know what u r speaking of.Its been 2 weeks and still no call backI will b going to EVERY LENGTH TO REPORT THEM TO THE HOSPITAL AND MEDICAL BOARD.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM

Worst Drs office ever My husband saw the Dr and received a bill. I called the office and spoke to staff members multiple times and ultimately the office manager Beth Ann to submit the claim to my husband’s secondary insurance. They stated that that was my responsibility. I contacted the in Surat and they stated the office needs to submit the claim. Trying to solve the problem not deal with the headache I offered to pay the bill and the office refused to take payment over the phone. It’s the year 2020 and this office only takes cash or check... to make matters worst they are only open on certain days. Just stay away from them if don’t want to deal with the headaches and lack of customer service.

Dr. Graubard is my primary doctor and has been for almost 20 years. He is a very good doctor with excellent staff. He is very caring and attentive to one needs.

Worst experience EVER I will never step foot in this office again The lady at the front desk is RUDE and RACIST And has the most disgusting attitude The Doctor didnt even step in and address her Worst doctors office EVER A Spanish speaking patient called and the receptionist yelled in the phone no habla espanol and hung up the person face And then started to antagonize me
