Worst wait time my appointment was at 12:15 it’s now 2:45 and I still haven’t seen the doctor. And to think I was looking forward to my visit because a friend recommended this office. I know they can run behind but this is ridiculous. I waited months for this appointment and now I’m here and this is what I’m met with. I might have to leave because I can’t wait here much longer I have work and because of this I can’t even get to do my errands I had planned. Wouldn’t recommend at this point.

Dr Howard Baikovitz is an excellent physician, but going to give a less than stellar review due to office staff being imo garbage. My father had an initial visit back in early Nov 2022, and was instructed to take some meds on initial consultation. 3 weeks passed and the treatment was not working, so I tried calling into the office to speak to the Dr’s PA, to advise of alternative treatment. Left various messages and never got a call back. I am not the type to call daily so these contacts were over a period of a two weeks span. I had no choice but to take my father to Memorial Emergency and the Dr on staff advised to get a rush on the Colonoscopy, I did manage to contact the surgical coordinator and she was great. Very efficient at her job. Got the procedure done on Jan 4th and now, trying to call in to the office to get the test results and it seems I still need to speak to this PA that never returns calls. She and the Front Desk make this office very unpleasant to deal with. If you decide to visit this office, take these experiences into consideration.

Nice Dr but worst as far as customer service. Have been trying to cancel Colonoscopy for days with no results. Either have to leave message or they don't answer phones at 9 am to 10 am even though hours start at 9 Am and then cannot get in touch with them from 11 am to 1 pm they put their recording on that the are out to lunch even though their hours for lunch start at 12 noon

Dr. Baikovitz has been my gastroenterologist ever since I ended up in the hospital due to some complications regarding my Crohn's disease. Of all the doctors I have seen he has been by far the most caring. When I talk to him I can tell that he truly listens to me and tries his best to not only explain my situation thoroughly to me but also to make me feel well. I think great doctors should not only be good at being knowledgeable, but also having the soft skills to communicate well and make patients feel cared for. I can say with certainty that Dr. Baikovits is excellent at both.
