Bad Service. Bad experience as patient if you are 5 min late they won’t see you even this is not an appointment to do your nails it’s a doctor appointment you may have something wrong they don’t care about your health they care about numbers. Not recommend at all.

I called several times to make an appointment, Every I call I am transferred to appointment girl who is never available and asks you leave a message to call back. Each time I left a message to call me back for appointment but she never called me back!! Don't care and discriminating attitude!!! I gave up calling nasty office. There are many other good GI docs.

Dr. Howard Rubenstein is a very rude individual and an inept physician. When I was in his office, he could not make a diagnosis that was evident. In addition, he was very rude and raised his voice when asking me questions. I had to tell him "Stop yelling at me or I will get up and leave right now" After I told him that, he changed his demeanor radically. Needless to say, I never went back to see him.

He is a great doctor. Very caring. He tells the truth and is on top of you to make sure everything is done. Your well being is his priority.

He is the rudest doctor i have ever been to and i will never return to that office. I went there with no referral since my insurance is one of those that you do not have to have a referral. I went there requesting a colonscopy since my last one was 6 years ago and he practicly threw me out saying i didnt need one at this time. Colon cancer runs in my family in which he knew because i informed him of that. He told me if i get the ok from a cancer docto that i should have one preformed within the 10 year limit he will gladly go ahead with the procedure. Now i dont need referrals and hes more or less forcing me to go get one from another doctor which is 90.00 everytime i see a specialists. He also knew i was diagnosed with lung cancer in 2016. I told him i was very worried it could spread. He had adsolutely no compassion and once again told me to get a referral. The thing that really got me is when the office staff which was his wife made sure she took my 90.00 for the visit in which he refused to treat me. I give him a zero rating.

I wish I could give 0 stars. This is is most AWFUL office I have ever stepped foot in. I was harassed to reschedule multiple times. The doctor has terrible bedside manner he basically called me a liar and made a comment about my weight by snapping my pants. TERRIBLE. TERRIBLE. TERRIBLE. DO NOT GO HERE. I left the office crying.

Dr. Rubenstein is a professional! If he needs to tell you something he gets to the point. When you are in his hands you know you will get top notch professional care. Your overall health is his primary concern. That’s all I care about, I don’t need to be coddled I need health, which he provides. Julio Causillas

The Dr. is very knowledgeable. He is a specialist so YES he is busy. However I have used his services several times in the last 12 years and found him and his staff to be most professional. He has the same office manager thats named Cindy for the entire time I have seen him. So not sure of the other staff member this other review is referring to? He has great bedside manor. The reason I did not give 5 stars is its hard to get an appointment other than that he is GREAT

I had a terrible experience with this doctor. He is not culturally sensitive and was very condescending. This did not provide a comfortable atmosphere and the test that needed to be done was not carried out because of the anxiety that was created by him. The lady that scheduled the appointment was very rude. She is also his wife/assistant and was not very professional over the phone. I do not recommend this office at all. Patient care was terrible.

Worst staff experience I have ever had in a physicians office, never ever will go back, rude, no patient service skills, This is not for the doctor himself but for someone in his staff, I will never refer any one ever there, also will let insurance and everyone I know how I was treated, I will schedule to see another physician
