What can I say. Dr Vargas incredibly unprofessional , rude and disrespectful. Wouldn’t even hear me out. Straight out front told me he will not authorize my medication. He is willing to put his patients in danger for not prescribing a refill to a medication that I been taking for 10+ years now. I have 2 refills left at my pharmacy and because my insurance policy changed for the new year I had to come back to the office to get authorization from a doctor. My doctor is no longer working at this office. I was told to see and MD. Because a PA can’t help my situation. Made an appointment with this Doctor and he wasted my time and left me in danger for my life from stopping my medication abruptly. Doctor Vargas should loose his license for malpractice. He absolutely does not care about humanity or patients health.

Hate to call this place. You have to wait over 45 min in order to speak to someone. When you are in need of a refill or an appointment that's ridiculous. Could be a good doctor, but with this tipe of customer service this days doesn't make sense. I will find a new primary doctor for my parents.

Very incompetent staff; it takes an army to set an appointment and it’s all about insurance information. What a waste of time.

Dr Vargas saved my life last year... I was going to skip mammogram and he insisted that I have one. Just a gut feeling as he put it. I went and was found to have breast cancer . I had surgery and radiation and am now cured. But if he didn’t care it would have spread very quickly.
