Dr. Is perfect but staff is a waste. He needs to fire all staff. They are rude and unprofessional. They don't listen to their patients they talk over you then hang up.I went for a visit tried to tell them i was vomiting for three days and they asked why am i crying. Turned out the visit was a waste. I urge everyone visit the doctor but stay away from the staff.

I went to see dr Steiner 10 years ago. I have called and left messages just only to make an appointment because my doctor wants me to do the test again. Finally I have the appointment because I did it myself on line but not because they call me. After I made my appointment on line on the same day a lady called me to make the appointment I had already done. unfortunately now I have to cancel the appointment and I left a message today.Let’s see if they bother at all to call.Horrible experience

Center is immaculate, everyone is wearing gloves & masks and all the staff is very friendly . Dr. Steiner is very thorough and answers all your questions immediately. Anesthesiologist is very good and he too answers all your questions. VEREY happy with entire experience.

I had my procedure on 10/23/20 by Dr. J. Steiner,on the day of my procedure I was filled with a lot of anxiety. Once I arrived the office was very clean & sanitized. I was greeted with a smile which was well needed. Yadira was great during my pre & post opt. Plinio reassured me that I was in good hands. Dr. Snyder I thank you for my round trip and Dr. Steiner you have been a blessing to my family in more ways than one...... Professional, Caring & Awesome Staff !!!!!Sincerely,X.W

Most horrible customer service I have ever seen in my life - no joke.They transfer you to the appointment line, and the message says they will get back to you in 24 hours - they never get back to you.If you try to get an appointment online you also don't get an answer.I waited for they return call for 5 days, and wasted precious time.When I called to complain this lady called MARIA simply hung up on me.Horrible customer service. This should NEVER happen at a doctor's office.

I took my grandmother to this office after discovering she had stomach cancer. We wanted nothing but the best care, and that is exactly what we got. Dr. Steiner was attentive and personable, he gave us all of the information we needed to go home feeling comfortable and confident. Glad to report that my grandma is now cancer free! I would highly recommend Dr. Steiner to anyone.
