The Doctors are very good and very knowledgeable however the office staff lack of professionalism and common sense, they failed to send the quest requisitions many times I was calling a lot of times just to get my son to get bloodwork. Yesterday they called me to make a follow up appointment and when I arrived the follow up appointment they informed me my referral was expired and in order to get seen I need it to pay. This office needs to change the front staff ppl because they have zero care for patients. After wasting my husband time from work and my son from school they even couldn’t give me a simple excuse letter to mark the tardy excuse even though just a few minutes before Ashley had told me they can give me one. Now I’m waiting for BARBIE the office manager to give me a call back. RUN for your life and go to a better office with more professionalism and care for those that pay for their salaries aka “ the patients”

Mi nieta estaba muy enferma con fiebre y problemas respiratorios junio 20 / 2022. habíamos ido a dos ER y un Urgent care . Fueron muy inhumanos en esa oficina no queriendo atender ni dar cita a nuestra bebe de tres años. La secretaria nos dio el teléfono de la oficina de plantation donde tampoco nos atendieron. Son medicos ? Donde esta su humanidad con una emergencia de una bebe? La niña tenia neumonía. Gracias que apareció otro medico con corazón. No los recomiendo no pierdan el tiempo con ellos. La secretaria le falta compasión. Poco interés en ayudarnos. Tres medicos y ninguno podia ver a nuestra bebe. Para que de anuncian.Alma Mundo Birriel. .

We love Dr Birriel and how much he listens to parents and includes parents in all treatment decisions. Wonderful man and doctor. He has helped my son SO much. Really wish more doctors were like him.

Dr Birriel was excellent today he made my kids and I feel very comfortable with all our questions and concerns ! Office staff was friendly, looks like we will be here a lot so these are visits I’ll look forward to because they are welcoming and the wait was not long at all !!!

My grandson was Dr. Birriel patient for years. Thank God He has since outgrown his asthma. Dr Birriel is extremely caring and compassionate. His actions prove he’s about taking care of his patients. We were blessed to have him as my grandsons pulmonologist. Thank you
