List of Jose Garcia's Reviews
I've being seeing Dr. Duque at this office for many years, along with my mother. Dr. Duque is very knowledgeable and Compassionate. Her staff are beyond welcoming. My husband will become her new patient next week. Our whole family trust for her care 100%!👍
Una clínica médica es para enfermo ,no para empleados enojados sin paciencia ,tratando mal a los pacientes
I have been seeing Dr. Garcia for years. Well, now he is no longer seeing patients and his PA is charging for whatever services she she wants like extended visits for a five minute visit. When I called to talk to the billing manager, she is the most rude person I have ever spoken to. She literately accused me of being unable to understand plain English. BS! I have the right to question any charge they can't justify. I will never go back and won't recommend this practice to anyone!!!
Dr Garcia can only see patients when they are well. When there is an emergency and you are flared up, you cannot get an appointment. I have switched my elderly mother to another rheumatologist in the area after her symptoms were so bad and we were frustrated. Dr Garcia was not even checking her RA factor despite the fact that she had changed medicines due to cancer treatment. Dr Garcia is not worth your time seeing. Please seek care elsewhere.
Dr Garcia can only see patients when they are fully scheduled for a checkup. If you are flared up, you cannot get an appointment and get the help you need. He also was not even performing the most basic checks on my poor mother who's RA went out of control after being taken off Humira due to cancer. I would not recommend Dr. Garcia to anyone.
Dr. Garcia is one of the most excellent Rheumatologists that I've had the pleasure of having an appointment with. Takes very good care of all of his patients, and is very kind-hearted. I will be coming again and recommend to anyone to go see this doctor.
This office is horrible. Not only do you wait forever to be seen by the doctor for a total of 5 minutes, patient customer service at this clinic is very poor. They don't feel bad about rescheduling your appointments regardless of how much of an inconvenience it is on your personal life. With the exception of a few people, no one seems to care about the patients who come through this office. If you don't mind being overlooked and inconvenienced, come to this clinic.
Terrible Doctor. Does not care for patient. Does not follow up.Has no bedside manners. Before going to this doctor think twice before you do it. You have to wait for a long time and the office doesn't help to get the authorization for procedures and doesn't help patients. Doesn't provide physician notes on time.
Refused to give me my lab results unless I paid for him to read them to me.I repeatedly requested to get copies of blood work results from QUEST and I was told that without seeing the Dr. I would not get the results.
Worst doctor I have ever been to. Said nothing was wrong when he said he looked at my MRI cd. Turns out what he said was bogus and I ended up needing knee surgery. Both doctors that looked at it before another orthopedic looked at my MRI cd, said that they cannot see anything. Turns out, I had major scar tissue building up in my knee and needed to be removed. A word of advise to those that will be going to this doctor, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
