A visit to Dr. Torres's office is a pleasure. Friendly and efficient staff. Minimal wait time. Dr. Torres listens and addresses my concerns. Practices "common sense medicine". Have been a patient for many years.

Did not have a good experience. I went to the doctor for a simple fingernail infection. Within seconds he told me to see a dermatologist. But before I knew what was happening they were doing an EKG on me. I left when they wanted to do a blood test. All this despite the fact that he already told me that I needed to see a specialist!

The 2 stars are for the phlebotomist in this office they did great. There is a Dr.Joseph in this office is very young and unsure of himself. Which left me feeling unsure of the information he gave me, both times I met with him. He was not prepared for our visit and had zero knowledge of my on going case. It was like starting with a new doctor every time. The receptionist also deemed herself qualified to give medical advise when I requested to see Dr. Torres in my next visit. Poor bedside manner. Very disappointed by the lack of professionalism in this office. On top of the fact that I witnessed them allowing patients to sit in waiting area without a mask on. Would not recommend.

Dr Torres is a great doctor have been seeing him for a couple years. They wanted to charge be $25 for rescheduling my appointment. I understand if i no showed or canceled but rescheduled…no right. Just a con to take your money. Not going back.

I met with Dr. Torres once and twice with physician assistant. Physician assistant made me uncomfortable and unsure of information he provided along with diagnosis and medication. Both times I met with him he had not even reviewed my chart before entering the room. He had no knowledge of my case and it was like starting with a new doctor all over again. When I requested to meet with Dr. Torres I was given an appointment just to have the receptionist call me back to detour me from meeting with him and offering up her “medical advise “ poor bedside manner and unprofessional.
