For those of you that were lucky to have the consult with Dr. Kosche, my hat goes off to you. I made the appointment to see Dr. Kosche on Aug 28, 2023. I got her Nurse Practioner instead who smiled a great deal during our short interview concerning an colonoscopy that the Dr. was to perform. Scheduled the meeting with the Weston outpatient for the anesthesiologist consult which is where the procedure is done. I was informed by the anesthesiologist because my BMI was over 50 he would not do it. So called the Dr. office for the next three days to find out how she wished to proceed, and got we're sorry we can't come to the phone right now leave your name and number and we'll get in contact as soon as possible. Contact happened when my husband I went to the office we were informed that all refunds didn't come through the office that corporate handled money matters, and that we would have a better chance of getting our refund rather then if she tried to. I still hadn't met nor have we heard from her concerning the procedure. It is now October 23, 2023. Three months after my "consultation" with Dr. Kosche whom I haven't met. I have not received the refund for the unperformed procedure. I do not hear from her office unless I go up there and talk to someone. What I discovered for the lack of payment although we went there in August the refund wasn't filed, according to their corporate office until early October between the 6-9 of the month, and their corporate office Gastro Health says to give it to the end of October to receive funds. The payment was done through credit card since they do not take check or cash. I understand the not taking check because well everyone isn't honest about their bank balance, but no cash? Like I said earlier those of you that were lucky to actually see the individual that is going to be probing your digestive canals are lucky. You got the camera. I will not mention what I got.

Everyone there is so welcoming and warm. Dr. Katherine is simply AMAZING, knowledgeable, she really listens to you and she's super caring!!! They always show interest in answer every question I have. They provide an excellent service. Highly recommended!!!
