Dr. Blaze is the best doctor I have ever been to. Always listens to what I have to say and answers me. He has diagnosed problems with me that has saved my life. Always courteous and friendly. Great doctor ??

Great staff Dr Frisard is amazing I have been going there for 07 years now

The first time I went in I waited 2 HOURS to see Dr. Grumberg. Just as I had, had enough and wanted to leave, they insisted that she was ready to see me, so I stayed. After speaking with her for a bit, she said we should do blood work and go from there... Only for me to be told that the Lab was closed and that I'd have to come back, and then got smacked with a bill. It's not the money that I have an issue with. It's the principal. After swearing I'd never go back, I suddenly had something come up that required blood work. I didn't want to go back, but it would have taken a month before I could get an appointment somewhere else as a new patient. So I went back, only to be turned away AGAIN. I asked multiple times if I could speak to a manager, but they never came out to talk to me. I was so frustrated and angry over this, I walked out fighting back tears, sat in my car and cried. I never should have come back.

Stay far away. Long wait times to see Dr who will rush through treatment. I have to wait 2 weeks to have blood work done because they dont have appointments available with your appointment. I basically waited 2 hours to the weighed and have my pressure checked. I have been coming here for years but will not return again. This is the poorest service I ever received from a doctor and I work in a hospital.

EXPECT TO WAIT... ALOT . Was given an appointment for 12:20pm. Arrived at 12:15 didn’t get seen till 1:25pm. Really? Why give appointments, just make it a walk-in clinic so you have the expectation that it’ll be like a community clinic. Never coming back.

Stay far away !!!! Everyone except One nurse is retarded! They have no idea what they are doing. The front desk is joke & the referral staff is miserable asf . I needed a referral wrote out everything she needed and she still needed my help. The biggest set of dumbasses !

When I first started coming to this practice to see Dr. Grumberg, I was over the moon that I had found a female, competent doctor. Over the years she is still a wonderful doctor, but the office keeps getting worse! The wait time is ridiculous except for when they ask for payment. That comes pretty quickly after entering & signing the log in sheet. You see a lot of workers standing, sitting and giggling around but the service is so slow? I am a proponent of enjoying your work but not at the customers expense. I understand having to wait because unexpected things can come up with a patient but every visit? Absolutely NOT! I am a professional also and my time is just as valuable as anyone else's. I will get back to you on how long my wait turns out to be...

So, the only thing I like about this place is the Dr. Lori Frisard. She's great. And sometimes Dr. Grumberg can be cool. Everyone else...not so much. I've gone here for 8 years. I've always kept an eye on the staff since I go here extremely often. (unfortunately, I have to). One of the front desk staff, kinda sucks at her job. This one lady was always lazy and never checked people in properly. (As in, never processed the information they put when they signed in and ask for their copay or anything like that). I remember one time, a patient had to tell her to process her information because she signed in 40 minutes earlier, and the lady didn't even pick up the clipboard to process the info. Once the patient told her to, then everything got moving. Suddenly patients were called to pay their copay. That was really annoying. I also witnessed the same front desk lady get lectured by other staff telling her to do her job. They were telling her not to have people go next as a first come first serve basis. (apparently she was doing that?) And if they have an appointment, the appointment should go first. It was really weird witnessing that, lol. But I noticed that about her too. People that signed in first saw the Dr. It was never by appointment. Anyway, I came here recently and saw that the front desk lady I was talking about wasn't there. I kinda hope she quit or was fired, because she never did her job. Other staff is very slow and lazy. Many times, I came 10-15 min before my appointment and had to wait 45 min to an hour to see my Dr. I'm lucky that the last time I came here, I saw a bunch of new people I didn't recognize. And they were really fast! I still had to wait a bit. Maybe an extra 15 min. But that was better than the usual 45+ min in the past. Keep doing that.

I never had a problem with my visits. Love Dr. Frisard. Will stick to the female doctors in the practice. Mannerisms are awesome.
