The wait time is insane. There is only ever 1 person helping behind the desk if there is another person back there they’re just standing there. This place need to book leas or hire more staff. I only go here bc I haven’t found another location yet. I don’t have time to sit 2 hours for each appointment and in any other situation would rather and usually do visit a walk in clinic so I can be seen immediately. It’s disappointing. This place could have so much potential. For the unspecial treatment you get it’s not worth it.

This was my first visit to the office. I was welcomed with smiles from Ms. Kim and the staff were superb! Amanda is such a sweetheart. Dr. Frontera was very thorough with my children and their needs. I highly recommend this office to others.

I called several times prior to my appointment to ask if my knsurance was accepted by the clinic. They assured me thatbit was. When i gor to the front desk they informed me that this particular type of the insurance was not accepted. They asked me to pay, when i gave them cash they said it was card only. When i asked them to bill my address since i am a registered client they told me that they do not bill self pay clients. When i asked them if i would have time to rhn to the Bank of America 2 streets down, i was told by the nurse to go and come back because my spot would be reserved since i got to my appointment ON TIME. When i got back 10mins later I was told that i would have to reschedule my appointment because i was apst the 30mins allowed after appointment therefore miss another day at work and my daughter another day at school. I had to fight with the front desk and THEN ON TOP OF IT wait for TWO hours with my baby, in poor conditions. DESPITE the fact that i was on time for the appointment AND DESPITE the fact that i was given the Okay to go deposit the money. BEING TOLD that my spot was reserved. Zero zero zero respect for the client and ZERO FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
