It is so unfortunate that all the negative reviews are true! I just left this office with out being seen. I made this appointment a month in advance and took off of work for this appointment. To then be told I don’t have an appointment yet when they searched for my information in their system it’s there and they wouldn’t have had it if it wasn’t for me calling and giving it to them to make the appointment. My mom has been coming to this office raving about Dr. Miranda which is why I made the appointment to begin with. I also work in the medical field and if it wasn’t for our referral system this office wouldn’t have patients and definitely will not be referring any patients to this office!

THIS CLINIC HAS THE WORST FRONT DESK SERVICES EVER. IT IS HORRIBLE TRY TO CONTACT THEM BECAUSE NOBODY ANSWER THE PHONE. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU READ THIS BEFORE GO THERE BECAUSE YOU WILL REGRET LATER. WORST FRONT DESK, PHONE LINE EVER!!!!

I was referred to Dr. Miranda, and couldn't be more pleased. She is very experienced and knowledgeable. During my first visit she was able to diagnose my medical condition, and ordered a few tests to confirm her suspicions. I have been living in pain for many, many years and have seen several doctors trying to figure out my source of pain, Dr. Miranda knew within minutes. I had to e-mail her on a couple of issues, and she was quick to respond. Her staff is friendly and helpful, as well. I would highly recommend Dr. Miranda!

Dr. Miranda is very nice but the secretary and front desk are not, labs results are never on time, appointments and return calls are very difficult. Calls handle by her personal and difficult to get in contact with the doctor, lack of communication between the office and the patient. Orders expedite by Doctor are not passed to the patients in my experience the Dr. Ordered an X-rays and I wasn't informed until when I called for an appointment, this is not acceptable.

After two Er visits, and tons of pain, I made a follow up with Rheumatology Center's Dr. Lilliam Miranda. The visit went absolutely flawless, I was seen at my appt time, was diagnosed and given lots of information on my illness. At the end, I made a 2nd appt but knew I would need to see a few other doctors as well. During one of my other doctor's visits, my blood work was requested from Rheumatology Center and the amazing staff in the front office had my results sent to the other doctor's office in MINUTES! Talk about service! I could not have been more grateful for their prompt attention, as my case is a very time sensitive one and they treated me as such. I would highly recommend this office to everyone who asks!

She doesn't care about patients, maybe she cares how much she will charge the insurance. She is always in a rush to leave. She has no time to listen about our pain.
