Yo soy paciente del doctor Luis Romero me hizo una cirugía de columna de tres discos herniados y me siento muy bien , tengo el mejor criterio de el como médico y también como persona porque tiene muy buena comunicación con los pacientes y explica muy bien todos los tratamientos, procesos y los riesgos que se puede tener y mucho más porque habla inglés y español perfecto 👌

I’m ever so thankful to God for sending Dr Romero my way! His bedside manners are 💯‼️ He didn’t just perform surgery on me and that was it! He came to my room on several occasions to check up on me. I had a spinal fusion and other things done. His whole office team are great with the exception of his ARNP Katherine, she was very rude, mean and nasty to me! She had not one ounce of empathy! Erica, their Memorial Regional ARNP, words cannot describe how nice and knowledgeable she was. Rose is #1! Charles who answers the phone is very nice, understanding and respectful. I’d recommend their services. Thank you Dr Romero and staff! 🌹 🙏🏽🇧🇸 🇨🇺 UPDATE‼️6/23/2021 I THOUGHT THIS DOCTOR AND HIS OFFICE STAFF WAS A GOD SEND‼️ NOT‼️ I had my first televisit after my surgery with Nurse Practitioner Yolanda. She tended to me in the hospital, she was great and I thought we had a great rapport with one another. In my televisit everything she said she was going to do for me she didn’t do‼️ I called the office and left several messages for her and to this day 6/23/2021 she has NOT responded‼️ I encountered rudeness at times and other issues. When I tried to tell Dr Romero in my first face to face visit with him he kept over talking me as if I wasn’t trying to tell him anything. He gave off this vibe like he didn’t want to hear it! So I stopped him while he was speaking and told him that “I noticed he wasn’t concerned or attentive to the things I was trying to tell him about his office staff! How can things get better if he doesn’t know?! I was receiving short term disability and he stopped filling out my paperwork after only 12 weeks and I’m still not healed‼️ Still in the healing phase where I’m unable to return to work! Him not filling out my paperwork has left me without any income‼️ Who is 100% after a spinal surgery in 3 months⁉️ Not I‼️Then his office staff member whose name I shall not reveal, the office staff is supposed to contact my insurance to find out what facility I can get my physical therapy at. How about instead of her doing her job, she told me to call my insurance to find out‼️🤦🏽‍♀️ My insurance company even said it’s the office responsibility to call to facilitate my physical therapy‼️Elizabeth the office worker was by far the best and very polite! And Ebony as well was great‼️After what I’ve experienced with this office, I will no longer refer them to anyone. I’m not into the color thing, but like I told them, if I were one of those rich White people I would’ve been treated much better! Rich folks don’t need to have short term disability paperwork filled out, but a poor person like myself does and Dr Romero left me hanging and hungry‼️ Per His Office staff Tracy, she said Dr Romero said the physical therapy people would fill it out! Insurance said physical therapy facility aren’t the doctor who’s treating me post surgery. I got so tired I just gave up! This office really knows how to dehumanize a person, because this is what they did to ME‼️😩

Dr Luis Romero is the greatest man that has ever come into my life he gave me an operation on my spine and gave me back my ability to walk again he doesn't realize he was an angel sent by God to deliver me a miracle he doesn't realize when he walked out of my room after coming to check on me I cried like a baby I will be forever grateful to him God bless him and those who helped him in the operation he deserves more than five stars thank you again sir

I was in extreme pain and could hardly walk. I had spinal stenosis. I was recommended to see Dr. Romero. He is the best! He explained what surgical procedure would be best for me in detail and that would alleviate the pain. It was a lumbar fusion. He answered any questions I had explaining in terms I understood. After the surgery I had a question a few days later and he called me up right away. He is very professional and caring and an excellent surgeon. Everything went smoothly. And I can now walk with no pain!! I highly recommend Dr. Luis Romero.

Absolutely fantastic doctor and staff. Knowledgeable, great bedside manner, just so happy with my visit to him. His staff Rose and Tracy are just lovely. Can’t recommend enough-would give 10 stars if I could. He took so much time explaining everything to us in such detail and in layman’s terms and then was so patient in answering all of our questions. We saw him as a second opinion and boy were we glad we did. So grateful.

Was referred to Dr Romero for emergency lower back surgery. He was thorough, pleasant, courteous, he has great bedside manner. I felt very safe going into a procedure I had just learned about. His staff is also very knowledgeable and professional.

Dr. Romero is the best doctor I have had. He took the time to listen to me and went the extra mile to find what was wrong with me. I was in so much pain and I feel so much better now and I owe it all to him. His medical staff is awesome and very friendly.

I want to thank Dr. Romero for taking care of me. Thanks for being there for me . Your are in my view a dedicated and compassionate doctor. From the fist time I went to see you, I knew I picked the right doctor. Your staff is great too. Again, I thank you and your medical support team. Have a healthy new year and God bless.
