Marc Greenstein's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Greenstein is my Primary Care physician and has been for several years. I look forward to my office visits with him because he cares about me and my health. He is very detail oriented and goes over my medical history, medications, and addresses all of my questions and concerns. I have seen Beth his medical assistant and she is every bit as thorough as Dr. Greenstein. The staff is friendly and competent.

Loyal patient for years. Kept out of the public sphere during COVID as I had vulnerable family members at home. In 2022 my father passed away & I was reclusive as I waded through the grieving process. In summer of 2023 I fell ill on a Sunday & went to an Urgent Care facility where I tested positive for COVID. After a few weeks I was still having congestion, shortness of breath and a cough. I reached out to Dr. Greenstein's office as my primary care physician & was told they could not schedule me until several weeks as I had not visited in 2 years & was therefore a new patient. I expressed my disappointment they were unwilling to waive the policy considering we had a PANDEMIC & I desperately needed help. I scheduled appointment only to receive a letter in the mail that they had cancelled my appointment & advised me to seek care elsewhere. God's blessing in disguise as a Dr who turns his back on a patient in need is unprofessional. God also provided help to get the care I needed

I have been a patient of Dr. Greenstein for many years. He & his staff are professional, very knowledgeable and kind. I trust them and very much like them. I highly recommend Dr. Greenstein and his staff.

I have been a patient of Dr. Greenstein for probably the last 18 years. Dr. Greenstein is the most caring and wonderful doctor I have ever had. He never rushes. He treats all of his patients like they are the most important, dedicating as much time as necessary to their needs. If you contact him, he gets back to you in a very timely manner. Very few doctors these days are in it for the patients. Dr. Greenstein practices old fashion medicine where the patient is the priority, unlike these huge practices where the bottom dollar is the priority. I would recommend him a million times over without hesitation.

The best office. The best doctor ever ever ever. Caring , diligent, nice, personable, knowledgeable, etc. i can't say enough nice words about Dr. G. Don't know what I do without him and his guidance.

The best doctor, person, human being. Truly cares about all of his patients. Treats everyone like family. Thorough, informative, and great advice. I truly don’t know what I would do if I had not met Dr G. And his office is exceptional and Beth is amazing.

Dr. Greenstein is a very caring, and passionate physician. You can ask him anything and he will always take the time to give you a detailed answer. My husband and myself are so happy we found him. He is very personable. Dr. Greenstein has a hidden treasure, and her name is Beth his APRN, she's wonderful. His staff can't be beat. They always have a smile and try to help you as best as they can.

Dr Greenstein has been my doctor and my moms for past 10 years. He and nurse NP Beth are so attentive and responsive to urgent call requiring attention. both have always responded professionally to our needs without hesitation. his staff is professional and takes messages and follows up on how patient is doing with phone calls 48hrs after new prescription, this is amazing in this day and age of careless medicine!! I have been always impressed with his caring and understanding ways and also Beth NP awesome team!! when mom passed away this caring team also sent me a condolence card which meant so much to me! Thank you for all you`ve done and continue to do for quality of care! may God bless you!

Dr. Greenstein takes the time to study your current and past medical conditions to determine the best treatment. If you are experiencing an illness, the office staff will call and check up on you. I know this from experience when I was suffering from a especially bad case of bronchitis, and currently when we are trying to determine why I am experiencing symptoms and find a solution. I especially like his website where you can send messages and most often get a reply within 24 hours. I have had many doctors through the years, but I can say that there is none better than Dr. Greenstein. So thankful to be his patient.
