This review is based on attempts to schedule an appointment; not on actual meeting with doctor.In May I called the office and asked if they took my insurance. . I clearly stated what I had because my Cigna is through the school board and is not regular Cigna. I had already called three other neuros who did not take it so I clearly explained it was the local plus Cigna. I was assured they took it and scheduled my app. Because I was a new patient I had to wait a while for my app, which was fine. I scheduled it for September. In late August I was called and told the dr had to change her afternoon time slots and my app had to be changed. I then rescheduled for end of October. I was called three weeks later and told the dr could not see me that day either bc she would be on call. I rescheduled a third time. A week before this app, I was called and told they were sorry but they did not in’ fact, take my insurance after all. So now I wasted 6 months and have to start my neurologist search again. This type of service and disorganization for a doctor who was so highly recommended is astounding and unacceptable.

Coming to this office as a patient for routine infusions, the nurses are very friendly and attentive. Just wish they had heated blankets!

Very helpful and empathetic. I didn't feel rushed by the doctor or staff even thought there were many people in the waiting room. She listened to me and then explained so I could understand. I left feeling better. Thank you.
