Marlene Cordova's Online Review Report Card

Honestly this office was great in the beginning 3 years ago when I first started coming but now I think they’ve taken on way too many patients. Last time, I waiting over an hour in the waiting room. Now I can’t even get ahold of anyone on the phone so I can refill my SSRI medication that I’m about to run out of. Waited on hold for 25 minutes and got hung up on.

I went to this office for almost a year and had problems from the beginning. I was seen late and every blood test that was submitted to Quest was wrong and had to be resubmitted. The latest was that I had a Pap smear and it was again resubmitted to Quest wrong. I have contacted the office many times, resent my Quest bill to them many times, and emailed . Since last February 2023 ( now September) I have had no follow up from this office. I feel the office operations are horrible. I paid my Quest bill, have given up that the staff will ever fix this. Especially if you are doing any hormone testing beware.

This place is a joke. The doctor takes I. Way too many patients for the amount of time she can handle! I have family members who go here and they have waited over 1.5 to be seen with a scheduled appointment! I myself have waited up to an hour to be seen that is why I never came back here. Do not recommend. Never answer the phones on top of that because they are always so busy

I was a new patient to Dr. Cordova. My experience has been quite appalling to say the least. In my first visit, an appointment I had scheduled 3 months in advance, I waited in the lobby for an hour and 20 minutes before I was taken to the back. After 20 additional minutes of waiting, I had no choice but to leave because I had to get to work. I may have gotten an apology - but I was so annoyed that I had just wasted 90 minutes of my time - I am certain I didn't receive it. They scheduled my appointment for 6 weeks later - despite having already told them that I was going to run out of medicine, didn't seem to care. That appointment went ok. They took blood and scheduled me for a follow up tele-health appointment to discuss my labs. This meeting was scheduled for 245 PM and as I sit here and write this review - I am still waiting for Dr. Cordova to join the meeting. I called the office 3 times (they dodged my 3rd call so I had to call from a different number to get them to answer). It is now 4:05 PM and still no sign of her. I get that doctors are busy and as a result can run behind. But there is running a little behind and then there is this - in utter and complete lack of respect for anyone else's time. I scheduled a tele-health because I had to work and now have wasted another 90 minutes of my life, rescheduled appointments and for what - nothing. No report and no meeting. Needless to say, I will not be going back. If I could give 0 stars - I would.

I had 3 appointments with this doctor and office. The first, after waiting 90 minutes, I had to leave for work. Rescheduled for 6 weeks later - even though I was running out of meds. Second meeting was fine - took blood and scheduled a follow-up tele-health to review. My follow-up was scheduled for 245 PM> I had to re-arrange my meetings and appointments to accommodate this time. As I write this review - it is 4:18 PM. Still no doctor. I called the office 3 times to inform them and their response was - she is with a patient...one patient for 95 minutes. Not ok. I don't know who she thinks she is - but having DR in front of your name doesn't give you the right to have a complete and utter lack of respect for other peoples time. I work too. If I could give a zero rating - I would. Needless to say, I will never be going back to this doctor - she lost my entire family.

I have been a patient of Dr Tages for 30 years. She has always ben very pleasant and professional with me. The staff has also been wonderful with me. I moved a year ago to Maryland and was upset that I would have to find a new doctor. I miss her office.

I had a pre-op appointment last week and also needed blood work drawn. Both experiences were very positive. Dr T is so heart connected to her patients and is always making me feel at ease. She takes her time and helps build confidence & gives options that are not just pharmaceutical but holistic. I am so grateful to have her in my life for my medical needs. 10/10

Dr Tages is fantastic, she spends time with you and really listens to you and what you need. The staff is nice and friendly and you never really have to wait long. She wants you to feel good and be at your best. She doesn't go to pills right away, she allows you to correct things with vitamins and diet before just giving you a pill.
